Living with the skins wasn't easy, every time I saw a whisper, I thought it was my mother. My mother was alive. '

It took me time to realize it, after Daryl found out, he was nothing but comforting.

The other day, Aaron told me that a whisper had called for me.

When I got there, the whisper got closer to me.

Beta has called for you. The whisper said.

For what? I asked.

She asked for you to come, that was all I was asked to do.

Tell that peace of shit for mother can go screw herself. Daryl said.

Daryl it's okay, I'm going. I said.

What, fuck no. If you think I'm going to let you walk over their in enemy territory than you have another thing coming. Daryl said.

Daryl, I'm going, I'll be okay. You have to trust me. I said.

Fine, but if your gone to long than I will come and get your ass. Daryl said.

Okay. I said.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I grabbed my stuff and headed out there. I went to the place where they told me to go.

I heard someone move and I grabbed my bow and arrow and pointed it at the whisper.

You, know you were always so good at archery, I remembers when your dad taught you had to use that bow. My mother said as she took off her mask.

I still didn't put my bow down, she was with the whispers, and I would injury her.

You can put your weapon down sweaty. My mom said.

I don't know can I? Your people killed my people, left their remains spikes. So can I put it down. I asked.

Okay, you can keep it up if you want. Where Thomas and Dylan, I told that pack member to bring all three of you. Mom said.

My whole body went still, I remembered that she doesn't know.

Thomas is dead, mom. I said with tears coming from my eyes.

I saw my mom's reaction, it was nothing she acted like she didn't care.

Well, that's to bad. He was weak than. Mom said.

Are you kidding me, Thomas was strong he went out caring for people. He fought for others. That is being strong. I said.

What about Dylan? My mother said.

He went out to look for someone, I haven't heard from him in years. I said.

Well it's safe to assume he's dead. My mother said.

What is wrong with you, those are your sons, your Childeren. And you have the nerve to tell mw that my brothers are weak! I yelled.

It's survival of the fittest Payton, your brothers were weak like you father. My mom said.

Don't give that bullshit. My father was strong. I said.

Really, who left and who stayed? My mom asked.

Oh you know damn well why dad left, evetime he come home he find you passed out or overdosed. Or you would get aggressive with him every time you didn't have a damn pill. My father was a good man, and I don't blame him for leaving, especially with shit you put him through.   I said.

That was in the pass, now back to bossiness, again I have talked to Alpha she said that she would welcome you to the herd. My mom said.

No. I said.

What? Mom asked.

Get this through your thick scull mother, I will never join you, not now and not ever. I said.

Okay, well that hurts honey, just know I tried to help you. My mother said.

My mom than grabbed her knife and pinned me to the ground. I stopped the knife with my hands and backed it away from me.

Shh, baby it's okay. You will be in the herd with the others. Mom said.

Fuck you. I said as I head butted her in the, she than lost her balance and I kicked her in the head, causing her to fall unconscious.

I grabbed my stuff and headed back to Hilltop.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Once I got back Daryl checked my body for injury's.

Hye I'm okay. I lied.

No your not. Daryl said as he brought me into an embrace and kissed me on the head. I cried into his arms. Realizing today my own mother tried to kill me. I had to find a way to tell Dylan all this.
