No! Rick screamed. 

Maggie! Glenn yelled as she saw her father's leg all chewed up. 

Rick and I grabbed Hershel and started looking for an exist. 

Daryl! I yelled . 

Oh, gosh, help me! Hershel yelled. 

We're blocked, get back, get back! Glenn yelled. 

We all turned around and ran to a locked door. 

Open the door! I yelled 

Rick broke the lock and opened the door. 

We all get in the room. and Rick and I set Hershel down on the floor. 

Shut the door! Rick yelled. 

You got it. I asked Daryl as he secured the door. 

I pulled up Hershel's leg to see the bite. Once I did I saw that his leg was torn up. 

Rick, I need you to unbuckle your belt and wrap it around Hershel's leg to stop the bleeding. 

Rick wasted no time. 

I looked at Hershel's leg, than at Rick. We have to amputate. I told Rick. 

Rick nodded and grabbed his ax. 

Alright, only one way to keep you alive. Rick said. 

Rick than hit Hershel leg nonstop with the ax. He kept hitting and hitting until the leg finally was chopped off.

Once Rick was finally done, we looked at Hershel. 

He had passed out due to blood lost. 

He's bleeding out. Rick said. 

Duck. I heard Daryl say. We all do. 

Oh, shit. I hear a man say. 

I turn around to see Daryl getting ready to shoot the people behind the cafeteria.   

Who are you? Daryl asked. 

Who are you? the men asked. 

He's bleeding out, we gotta go back. Rick said. 

Maggie, cone around here and put pressure on the knee. I tell Maggie. 

Why don't you come on out of there?  Slow and steady. Daryl said 

What happened to him? the man asked. 

He got bit. Daryl said. 

Bit? The said as he grabbed his gun. 

Whoa, whoa, easy now. Nobody needs to get hurt. Daryl said. 

I need you to hold this. I say as I give Maggie some towels.
