After a few mouths we found out that Negan killed alpha. We told Rosita about Nathan, she broke down. She refused to talk to Carol. I went out to look for Connie and Nathan but there were no where to be found.
But today, was the day to take down the Betas. The plan was that Daryl and the others would go kill Beta, Quinn made sure everybody knew that she would kill Beta.
Me though I was going for my mother.
As I was walking I heard Dylan come up.
No. I said.
Payton I'm coming. Dylan said.
No, Dylan. I will handle mom. Just stay here. I said.

As we were walking we found the herd that are mom was leading. We followed it, and it lead us in Alexandria, that's when we knew we had to take her out now.
Once we saw are mom give control of the herd to beta. Once she was alone I shot arrow near her leg.
We saw her get her guard up, once her back was turned Dylan snuck up on her and tackled her down in the woods. I followed and found her on the ground.
Dylan got up and aimed his gun at her.
Well, look at that, my kids actually can take care of themselves. Ha, you know son I always thought it was your sister but hey maybe your stronger than her. But your people killed Alpha and you will pay. Our mother said.
She than grabbed her knife and tried to stab me, I dodged each attack, once she knew she wasn't getting any hits on me she started attacking Dylan. I yanked her arm away from him, she took the chance to put her knife in the other and stab me in the shoulder. Once she did I grabbed my arrow and stabbed her in the arm.
Dylan took the chance and stabbed her in the stomach. Once she was down Dylan hanged on to me and covered my wound.
We both looked at are mother, she was dying. She than took off her skin mask. She was crying, it was the first time I saw her cry.
You two, took care of each other, I'm proud of you for that. But even so the whispers will win. My mom said.
I grabbed my gun and pointed it at her.
Finally, something smart you do. My mom said as she closed her eys and accept her death. I closed my eyes while Dylan looked away. I pulled the trigger. Once I looked I saw that are mother was dead. Dylan pulled me into a hug as we both cried together.
Once we got back to Alexandria we knew the war with the whispers were over. Once Daryl saw me he knew exactly what happened. He brought me into a hug. I cried into his arms. I thought about my mother, they way she acted they way she left. Her last words to us. Daryl than took me where we Buried Thomas.
He sat me down and we sat at his grave together, Dylan joined us along with Tommy and Mae joined us.
We all sat together and talked about Thomas.
Are fight was over but not for long, I knew their would be another enemy.
