Over the last few mouths Alexandria was not looking good. We were running low on food. The council made a decision on where to look for food. Maggie knew this place where they had lots of food.
Payton, Daryl, Dylan, Maggie, Alden, and I set out for the food.
Mae offered to watch Judith and Rj for me. They have been talking about how much they missed Michonne, and I missed her to.
She's been gone for mouths, I know she can handle herself but still.
Okay, Quinn and Alden will split off while the rest of us go down the subway, will meet back with them when we reach these stairs. Got it? Maggie asked.
Alden and I agreed and went the way that Maggie told us to go.
How's Judith and Rj? Alden asked.
They're good, but Rj is not eating his vestibules so that's a hassle, Judith is good she's helping me out. How's Adam? I asked.
He's great, even though you saw him last night. Alden said.
Jeez sorry. I said as we both laughed.
You know when we get back, I would love for Adam to meet Rj and Judith. Alden said.
We later met up with Maggie and the others. Later that night we all camped near where the food was.
As we were getting ready to go to sleep, I heard Maggie yell run.
I got my knives and saw several people with black clothing coming at us.
I tried to get to Alden but one of the black clothing figures threw their weapon near my face.
I grabbed my knife and threw it at him, hitting him in the head.
Once I turned Alden was gone. I grabbed my bag and ran.
I kept running. I told Judith that I was coming back, so I kept running.
Once I was far away I tried finding the others but there were no where to be found.
As I was walking I heard someone following me I turned only to be tackled by one of the reapers.
He yanked my weapons out of my hand. He was about to stab me with his knife, I elbowed him in the face, and grabbed his knife and stabbed him in the head.
Quinn. I heard Alden say.
I turned and saw Alden but he was stabbed, he was getting help by Negan and Maggie.
I went up and heled Alden walk, he was weak and I could tell it was bad.
As we were walking I kept talking to Alden. To make sure he would stay with me.
Quinn, In case I don't make it out of this. Alden said.
Shut up, don't talk like that you are going to make it. I said.
Quinn, you guys have to go without me. Alden said.
No. I said.
We need a break, here we will set Alden down there so we can get a break. Maggie said.
I nodded as we went inside the small Church. I sat Alden down so we could rest.
Quinn you know what you have to do. Alden said.
No, Alden I'm not leaving you. Okay that's final. I said.
You know the real reason I left Negan. Alden said.
I looked at him.
It was because of you. When I met you you showed me a different way to survive, and I'm grateful for that. But now you have to leave me so we can safe are home, so we can go home and see Adam, Judith, and Rj. I will be okay, I'll be right here when you get back. But you have to do this. Alden said.
I wiped the tears from my eyes, I gave Alden one of my knives. Maggie, Negan, and I headed otu before I left I turned and gave Alden a hug.
I'll be here when you get back okay? Alden said.
You better be. I said as ,Maggie, Negan, and I left for the food.
