The day after Rick killed Pete was not great. Apparently Morgan a man that helped Rick when he woke up from the hospital he woke in came to Alexandria.
It took a few days for Morgan to get used to the life in Alexandria but after a while he was fine.
During the last few days we have been training the people of Alexandria. To prepare them for dealing with sick people or walkers.
Thomas had been teaching Mae how to shoot or use a sword. Apparently Mae said that Aaron already taught her. But Thomas and her still did shooting practice.
After we knew that the Alexandrians were ready we all went out to stop a huge horde from getting to Alexandria.
This is where it all starts tomorrow. Tobin get's in the truck, opens the exit and we're off. He hopes out, catches up with his team at red staying on the west side of the road. Daryl and Payton get on his bike. Rick said.
Before Rick could finish his sentence. We all heard rumbling. We turned around and saw the truck fall. Causing more walkers to come through.
It's open! We got to do this now! Rick yelled.
Daryl and I grabbed are weapons and shot as many walkers as we could while Rick was giving instruction to the others.
Rick than gave the signal to shoot the flares. Once they did walkers started coming and coming. Daryl and I got in his bike and lead some the walkers away from Alexandria.
After a little while we were able to get away from the walkers. We tried to get in touch with the others but nothing.
After a few hours everyone else came back from the run.
All except Payton and Daryl.
Rick, wait where are Payton and Daryl? I asked.
Their fine, their just leading the walkers someone where else. Rick assured me.
After I knew that Payton and Daryl were fine, I went to go find Mae. Ever since that night and what with Pete, Mae has been trying to be their for Ron but he keeps pushing her away.
I went were I always found Mae by the wall.
Hey you alright? I asked.
Mae looked at me with a concerned look.
Um no not really. It's Ron. He's not taking his dad's death very well. And I have been trying to help him. But no luck. Mae said.
Hey, I know your trying everything you can, but maybe Ron just needs some time to himself. I said.
Yeah your right. Mae said.
Well I will see you later I got Judith duty. I said as Mae laughed.
After I talked to Mae I headed back to my house.
I was talking to Dylan about he plan after Daryl and Payton would get back
But before I could tell him we head screaming.
I ran to the window and saw several people killing half of everyone in Alexandria.
Only one thought came into my mind.
Mae.
I grabbed my gun and told Dylan to try and find Quinn while I would go look for Mae.
I headed outside. It was terrible people were dying from left and right. I headed to where Last saw Mae by the wall. I sprinted down their, but when I got there she was not there at all.
I kept looking and looking, my heart was starting to beat faster thoughts were coming in to my head.
I still kept looking until I heard Mae scream.
I ran faster and faster. I did not care how tired my body was I just kept running.
I was able to track where Mae's scream was. I found one of those people with the letters on their head pin Mae down and was about to stab her. My instincts kicked in I grabbed my gun and shot the man.
I ran towards Mae to make sure she was okay.
Mae, hey are you alright? I asked.
Mae was to shocked to answer my question.
Hey, hey look at me. Mae look at me. Your gonna be okay, but I need you to get up. Okay. I said.
Mae than grabbed my hand and we got up and ran.
I shot any one of those people who came are way.
But not much later I ran out of ammo.
Someone was about to stab us but Nathan came up behind him and shot him.
You to get inside now! Nathan yelled.
Got it. I said as I took Mae hand and we ran towards Carl's house. Where Dylan and Quinn were.
