Y/n L/n was, to put it simply, intimidating to most people. He typically had a scowl on his face and a sharp glare. He didn't talk much and kept to himself. In school, people stayed away from him. He was known to stand up to bullies and wasn't afraid to fight someone if needed. He was protective of his friends and anyone who seemed to need help. No one has seen him smile; only frowns and scowls. There were rumors that he couldn't smile and that his quirk made him the way he was. When in reality, Y/n was a sweet and caring person. He just hated school. He knew everything they taught and got bored easily. It was on the weekends that Y/n's true personality came to light. You could often find him caring for the little girl next door for the single mom who birthed her. That little girl was named Yuki, and if you were to ask her what Y/n L/n was like, she'd call him a prince. She'd say, "He may not look like your stereotypical prince, but he has the act down pact," and Y/n would laugh, ruffling her hair, with a soft smile. Now, Y/n didn't have many friends, or any at all. Truthfully, everyone was too intimidated by him to approach him. This didn't bother Y/n one bit. He knew he was intimidating, and used it to his advantage most days. One look and the person who was bothering him would run off, muttering a quick apology. Now, this didn't mean Y/n never got lonely. He felt lonely most days, but he didn't let that get him down and never would. He was okay with being alone if it meant he could be the protector of the weak. Now, what happens when Y/n stands up for a member of the big three and said person tries to befriend him? Well, let's find out.

Y/n was walking to the gates of the school. School had just ended, and he was tired. Luckily, it was Friday, so he got to relax all weekend. Especially since Yuki's mom, Yenly, wasn't working this weekend. He held back the smile that was threatening to appear at the mere thought of the little girl he considered a sister. He was walking when suddenly he heard snickering and laughing. He knew those types of laughs, they were signals that someone was getting bullied. He followed the sounds, turning down into a hall to find a couple of other third years harassing Nejire Hado. The poor girl looked uncomfortable, and Y/n did not appreciate that look. He walked up behind the bullies, placing his hands on their shoulders. They both jump and turn, a petrified look coming over their faces.

"Leave," Y/n says, glaring.

"Yup!" One says.

"Going!" The second says before they all run off.

"Thank you," Nejire said, smiling softly.

"Yeah, no problem," Y/n says, shrugging.

"How can I repay you?" Nejire asks.

"You don't," Y/n says before walking away, leaving the girl to wonder who he was.

On Monday, Nejire was determined to find out who that boy was.

"Hey, Mirio, I have a question," Nejire says, smiling.

"What's up?" Mirio asks.

"There was a guy who saved me from two jerks who were hitting on me while I was waiting for you and Tamaki. He had H/c hair and E/c eyes. He was tall and looked strong but not built, if that makes sense," Nejire says.

"What was his facial expression?" Mirio asks.

"He had a scowl on his face and a sharp glare when he looked at the boys," Nejire says.

"Sounds like Y/n L/n," Mirio says.

"Okay,  thank you!" Nejire said before running off to find the boy. She looked everywhere and was about to give up when she heard talking in the stairwell.
