Y'all should thank the Christmas movie I watched for this one because I got inspiration from it, and now I am writing this... even though I have two drafts of half-written stories lol.

It was a cold day in December as Y/n walked to his school. Being in America sucked... he was away from his friends, family, and most of all his loving and chaotic boyfriend. Y/n L/n and Denki Kaminari have been dating since the end of elementary school. They got together at the beginning of their last year and have stayed together throughout their middle and most of their high school careers. Now they were third years and boy did Y/n miss his boyfriend. The only reason Y/n was in America was because his parents put him into a three-year-long student exchange program. Y/n couldn't wait for the program to end so he could be back in Japan and be with his boyfriend. Y/n was brought out of his thoughts by his phone ringing. He checks the caller ID and sees it's his boyfriend. He quickly picks up and smiles wide.
"Hey, love! How was your day?" Denki asks once their pictures load.
"Hey, it's been boring, to be honest... missing home a lot more than normal..." Y/n says.
"I miss you being here... but hey, we can video chat all you want soon since classes end in a few days. We can even video call on Christmas if you'd like!" Denki says smiling.
"Okay, that sounds amazing," Y/n says smiling.
"Okay then it's a deal," Denki says smiling happily.
"Hey, are you excited for the holidays?" Y/n asks and Denki nods.
"Yeah, it won't be the same but it's Christmas, who wouldn't be excited?" Denki says making Y/n laugh.
"That's fair," Y/n says smiling.
"Kamibro, you coming?" Kirishima calls from somewhere.
"Oh shoot... I have to go... I'll text you okay?" Denki says.
"Okay," Y/n says.
"I love you!" Denki says smiling wide.
"I love you too Denks," Y/n says before Denki hits the end button. Y/n sighs before walking into his dorm building.
"Hey Y/n," Y/n's friend Caspian greets.
"Hey Cas, how are you?" Y/n asks.
"I'm good! How are you?" Caspian asks.
"I'm hanging in there... just missing home," Y/n says smiling sadly at his friend.
"Yeah... but hey! Only a few more months and then we get to go home," Caspian says smiling.
"Yeah, that's true," Y/n says smiling. He then feels his phone vibrate in his hand and looks at it confused before answering it fast.
"HelloY/n L/n speaking," Y/n says.
"Ah, Mr. L/n, This is Cody Kelson, I run the exchange program you are a part of," Mr. Kelson says.
"Oh, hello Mr. Kelson, what can I help with?" Y/n asks shocked.
"Well, it seems you've gained all the credits you need for graduation early, so we are offering you an early trip home," Mr. Kelson says.
"Yes! I will gladly take that," Y/n says smiling.
"Wonderful, I'll email you the details and you will be on your way home soon," Mr. Kelson says.
"Thank you, sir," Y/n says.
"You're welcome Y/n," Mr. Kelson says. Y/n hangs up and looks at his friend.
"That was Mr. Kelson... I get to go home early!" Y/n says excitedly.
