Charlie dragged Jimmy across the floor and put him into a truck. Once Broberg got here, he could leave. Until then, he would spend some time with his drunken former friends moments before their deaths. Charlie walked over to his ex-girlfriend, Jackie. He kneeled down beside her and caressed her cheek. He started crying. "I didn't think it would come to this. I'm so sorry, Jackie."  Charlie picked up a strand of Jackie's beautiful hair and stroked it. "We wouldn't have to say goodbye right now if you hadn't betrayed me. But you did. I loved you, Jackie. How could you do this to me?"  Charlie was yelling by now and tears were pouring down his face. He threw Jackie's hair back down and looked at all the others. "You all betrayed me. We were all friends. We were all going to escape together. We were going to defeat Broberg once and for all!  But you all decided that it would be a good idea to torture me and me leave me to die!  Well guess what?  You're paying for it now!"  As if on cue, Broberg pulled up in his smart car with the atomic bomb. He loaded it up into his airplane. Rachel opened one eye, gave the signal, and everyone began their descent. Charlie's tears were falling steadily as he guided Broberg to the right place in the sky. Charlie gave the thumbs-up, got in his car and drove very fast, away from the sketchy physics place. He arrived in Alaska, but he could still hear the sound of the atomic bomb dropping. He cringed and cried even harder, realizing that all his friends were dead. "It's for the best, they betrayed me. I work for Broberg now." Charlie told himself. He took a bite of zucchini to calm himself down and limped over to his moose friends. Soon Broberg would be joining him and this would be their home until the end of time. Charlie was ready to move on and start a new life.
