I wanted this to be longer but like I said,im in a slump👎 currently put a bit of a hold on the book but im working on it,hopefully i can get it out soon

Karl:"Quackity...I've loved you since the day we met,I couldn't be more thankful that you choose to be with me.."
Quackity slowly opened his eyes from the quietly mumbling he heard in his sleep.
He squinted at the dark room,Karl was sitting up,playing some type of game on his DS while apparently talking to himself.
Karl:"and my answer is...I do..!"
He said still whispering.
Quackity:"what are you doing?"
Karl looked back at him.

Karl:"nothing...go back to sleep.."
Quackity rubbed his eyes and sat up.
He rested his head on Karl's shirtless back.
Quackity:"why are you up,its like..3 AM or something.."
He yawned tiredly as he played with his hair.
Karl was playing SpongeBob simulator on his old game device.
Karl:"can't sleep.."
Quackity:"mh.."
Quackity groaned as he buried his head on his back.

Quackity:"well yeah,your sitting up...cmon lay down..."
He mumbled,wrapping his arms around Karl's waist,hopefully making him lie down.
Karl sighed and ran his hand through his hair.
Quackity kissed his skin and Karl gave in.
He turned off his DS and laid down with Quackity.
Karl:"...what do you think about meeting my parents,Quackity?"
Quackity:"awesome possum.."
He said,obviously way to tired to think.
Quackity:"...wait what?"

He looked at Karl,still squinting.
Karl laid his DS on the nightstand and looked at him.
Karl:"my mom wants to meet you"
Quackity:"oh...okay,cool"
Karl:"cool? Just like that?"
Quackity:"i dunno what you want me to say"
He mumbled.
Quackity:"why would I say no? I love you,you know that right?"
Karl weakly smiled before kissing his forehead.
Quackity yawned.
Karl:"I love you too.."
Quackity:"cool,can we go back to sleep now?"
Karl nodded.
Quackity pulled him closer by his waist and they cuddled,and quickly fell asleep.

Time skip (morning)

Karl woke up in his bed alone,hugging a pillow.
He looked around confused as he slowly sat up.
Karl cracked his bones with a long yawn and got up to go downstairs.
He heard sizzling,probably Quackity making breakfast...hopefully nothing was on fire?
He saw Quackity,obviously making food as he got down the stairs.
He wiped his eyes again as he got to the kitchen island.
Quackity looked at him,instantly smiling.

Quackity:"karlos!"
Karl smiled and opened his arms,Quackity hugged him and pulled away.
Quackity:"shit,you gotta license for that waist?"
Karl scoffed at his corny line.
He kissed his cheek.
Quackity went back to scrambling his eggs.
Karl:"hey lex?"
Quackity:"yeah?"
Karl:"uhh..."
Karl scratched his neck.

Karl:"sorry about the stuff I said yesterday....
with the parents thing,I get that its weird.."
Quackity slowly looked at him with a "😳".
Karl stopped talking and looked at him.
Karl:"what? That pathetic?"
Quackity:"uhhh...dude,funny story.."
Karl squinted his eyes confused as he came closer.
Quackity:"I....I kinda invited your mom to our place..in like...an hour..."
Karl squinted.
Karl:"you what."
Quackity did a spin for some reason.

He held his hands.
Quackity:"are you mad?"
Karl:"um..No..just..confused? Thats really impulsive"
Quackity:"saying im not impulsive?"
Karl:"well,you actually think about stuff  before you do them....most of the time.."
Quackity scoffed.
Karl smiled and kissed him.
Quackity:"ya know i did think about it,I wanna meet your mom,it'll be fun and I will make all of us baked potato's!"
Karl:"YIPPIE!"
Quackity smiled.

Karl:"cmon go get ready,I'll handle breakfast"
Quackity kissed his cheek and went upstairs so Karl took over breakfast.
He was nervous,but he knew this was good for them,and there was something he needed to ask Karl's mom anyways.
He put on atleast five outfits before going with a patchwork sweater and jeans.
Quackity looked in the mirror.
Should I do my hair? Maybe if i don't wear a hat Karl can go "he doesn't usually show his hair but this is VERY IMPORTANT to him😉".
And wearing my hat Inside is weird,and putting my hoodie up would be rude..

Quackity sighed and sat down on the bed.
He got his phone out and called Sapnap.
It rung...it rung...Sapnap picked up
Quackity:"hat or no hat for meeting Karl's parents"
Sapnap:"what?"
Quackity laid back.
Quackity:"im meeting Karl's mom today,hat or no hat?"
Sapnap:"wha- dude thats huge?! Who made the call??"
Quackity:"I did?"
Sapnap:"wha- NO U DID NOT QUACKITY-"
Quackity:"what the hell- I swear I did!"

Sapnap:"no fucking way man?? You must REALLY love him..."
Quackity:"I do...I um...im gonna ask for her blessing.."
The line was silent for a few seconds,just Sapnap silently going insane.
Sapnap:"wait...if this is a joke-"
Quackity hung up the phone and sat up.
He smiled to himself,he hasn't told anyone that he was planning on asking Karl's mom for her blessing.
I guess this is his conformation,actually pull through before Sapnap tells karl.
He tried to pull himself together and sat up.
Quackity grabbed a sweater for Karl and went downstairs.

Karl:"mom says she'll be here in 25 minutes"
Quackity:"cool"
Karl smiled at him and sat down on the counter top.
Quackity went over to him and buried his head In his chest.
Karl looked down at him confused and stroked his hair.
Karl:"you alright?...you nervous?-"
Quackity:"I love you...I love you so fucking much Karl..."
Karl smiled as he got red.
Karl:"t-this isn't a proposal is it?.."
Quackity looked up at him.
Quackity:"no"

Karls smile faded a bit,but he tried to still look sincere.
Quackity smirked,knowing it would worry Karl,why would I be smirking right now?
But he'll be alright,its all a part of the plan.
Quackity:"id never do that to you...you deserve the world"
Karl tilted his head.
Karl:"Oh yeah? How are you gonna do that?"
Quackity smiled and pulled down down to the floor.
Quackity:"no spoilers"
Karl laughed.
