Getting back to Nevermore was quite simple for Wednesday. It's been about 4 months since everyone came back and everything was working out nicely. She's started to socialize more with a few people, but only with the people Enid hangs out with. In addition, she also improved her fencing skills, giving her a streak of 32 consecutive victories over Bianca. She finally started to feel like she belonged at Nevermore.
Everything was fine until a couple of weeks ago when she started to have a difficult time breathing while she was practicing with Bianca. She quickly gave the excuse of it being allergies. Bianca obviously didn't believe her but let it slide since practice was about to end and she was really tired.
After that week she started getting sicker. She started becoming dizzy if she stood up for too long. She got chills whenever she stood up. And she hates to admit it but she was beginning to feel weak.
Many of her friends have noticed too including Bianca and Enid. Bianca started noticing when they were practicing and Wednesday was sloppily moving almost losing her balance. She did a quick turn to avoid Bianca's blade. After practice she informed Enid about it because Addams was never sloppy when it came to fencing.
Enid had also started to notice when the Addams had stopped paying attention to class. Instead, she laid her head down for the entire class. Xavier had told her that he found Wednesday almost falling asleep in the library while reading a book. Something was going on with Wednesday and she had to find out. She had a thought that it might be trauma from when she defeated Crackstone but this seemed way more serious.
Although Wednesday felt unwell, she didn't use it as an excuse to miss class. She started to develop this really irritating cough that felt like there was something caught in her throat that wouldn't go away. Of course she didn't want to seem weak in front of everyone and embarrass herself by coughing in class. In order to keep her cough quiet during class, she would only cough when the class got louder.
Weeks passed and the cough intensified. It seemed like the cough was a life saver candy, trapped in her throat only leaving a tiny airway for her to breathe through. The feeling of something stuck in her throat made it difficult for her to get to sleep at night. This was because of how much it bothered her that she had trouble breathing. She felt sorry for her roommate because she knew she was keeping her up with her musty cough all night.
As she started finding ways to hold in her coughs she began to notice more things going on with her. For example, bruises had started popping up on her skin even if she had just bumped her side against the corner of her desk which she did all the time but suddenly now it's leaving a bruise. She had also noticed she was having trouble keeping her breath steady while walking up the stairs to her dorm. Every physical activity left her breathless even when she changed into her fencing outfit. This didn't even take much work to do. It was as easy as putting on a onesie but it still left her breathless. As a result of these things, she was pulled behind in fencing, so the more force she applied, the sicker she felt. This led to her losing a swordfight to Bianca.

Wednesday was coughing on the other side of the room on her side and I was getting tired of hearing her cough 24/7 so I have decided to stand up to her and get her to at least go to a doctor or tell her parents what's wrong and if she doesn't do that I'll do it for her cause she's visibly gotten worse, dark eye bags due to the fact she couldn't sleep at all because of the discomfort of the feeling of something scratching her throat every second. So there was only one thing to do to try and make her better "Wednesday?" "Yes, Enid" "you need to see a damn doctor for that cough" "No! I'm perfectly fine its just all the disgustingly bright colors on the side of your room giving me allergies" she snaps back "Wednesday you can't have allergies from colors" "you don't know that Enid" "ugh at least answer your parents when they call you on your magical bowling ball" "it's a crystal ball not a magical bowling ball" she says as she walks over to the coat rack grabbing her coat "where do you keep your bowling anyway" "it's in the closet so it's harder for me to hear their annoying voices when they call" "so.. where you going?" "On a walk" she leaves closing the door on her way out.

How does this thing work?
"Hello my little stor- oh hello Enid right?" Gomez said sitting down
"Enid! Dear how have you been? What got you to call? Has Wednesday been bothering you?" Morticia asked.
"Oh no she hasn't been bothering at all! it's great to see you guys though" she says shifting into a comfortable position to sit in
"It's great to see you as well! Hope you're doing okay since I know you have to deal with Wednesday"
"It's fine really! she isn't as rude as she was last year so we're making progress I guess"
"So where is Wednesday? She hasn't been answering any of our calls"
"She went out on a walk" I have no idea how I'm gonna bring up the topic of Wednesday's health without making it feel awkward
"You alright dear?" she asked raising a brow "you look almost as pale as Wednesday"
"It's just that..." she said shakily, "I'm.. worried about Wednesday"
"What's wrong, dear?" Both parents look at me intensely waiting for my response.
"Uhm.. Wednesday has... been under the weather lately" I swallow feeling my mouth get dry as soon as I swallow "She's been having these really bad coughing fits a-and she's falling behind in fencing and I hate to say it but she looks hella weak"
"What do you mean she looks weak?" Gomez asks in concern.
"Well.. she has trouble breathing and.. she has these really dark eye bags and she looks way paler than usual."
"Thank you for reaching out to us Enid Cause there is no way Wednesday would have told us this herself thank you for being such a loving and caring friend to Wednesday I'm sure she really appreciates you"
"Of course Mrs. Addams I just don't want Wednesday to be sick anymore you know and anyway it's getting quiet annoying having to hear her cough 24/7"
"Yes thank you for telling us Enid" Gomez frowned "Because this doesn't sound like our little Wednesday at all, she never falls behind in fencing"
"Thank you again for telling us dear we'll make sure to make a doctor appointment tomorrow and I'll pick her up myself to make sure she gets to the appointment" Morticia smiled "have a good night rest dear well see you tomorrow"
"Okay thank you good night Mr and Mrs Addams" she finally let out a breath she didn't know she was holding in.
