While she had this thrilling feeling, she ended up feeling completely exhausted the following few days. Prior to this experience, she thought she understood what tired was. However she didn't mind at first. She had other things on her mind. Enid was on her mind, and the moment they shared, she had to head back to Nevermore. There was a craving in her body to be near her, and she knew that it wasn't a friend craving. But she didn't know what to do if Enid didn't return these feelings.
Though she did spend most of her day on her bed or on the couch in the living room because for some reason that thing was incredibly comfortable. But her parents didn't seem to like the fact that she was so tired. They worried something was wrong.
"My little raven, you've only been awake for four hours and you can't possibly be this tired. I think we should try to get your blood count checked" her dad told her one mid afternoon
"Dad, I'm not tired I'm just incredibly bored that's why I'm lying here on the couch, see?" she said standing up to prove her point.
However, he wasn't convinced. He decided to talk to Morticia before he did anything. Meanwhile Wednesday had to find a way to prove that she was fine so she wouldn't have to go back to the hospital. Especially since she's on her three-day chemo break.
So she tried to think of an idea to show that she was completely fine. Finally she thought of something that wasn't about Enid She walked over to Uncle Festers room hoping her was there. She knocked on his door loudly.
"Come in!" A muffled voice said from inside
She walked in and walked over to him
Uncle Fester turned around from what he was doing to see his visitor
"Oh Wednesday how are you feeling?" He asked her
"I'm fine but I need you to join me on a walk with me outside so I can prove to my parents that my boardom is not me being tired"
"Um I don't know Wednesday" he said unsure
"Please Uncle Fester I miss doing things with you" she said honestly
"Okay fine let's go" he said walking out with Wednesday following right behind him
She walked over to the front door and grabbed her shoes and slipped them on.
"Me and Uncle Fester are heading outside!" She yelled at her parents
Her dad popped out of the hallway
"Okay, just take it easy alright" he glanced at Uncle Fester, knowing he would be the most reasonable person in the situation.
"Well come back right away if we have to don't worry Gomez I'll make sure she's safe" Uncle Fester assured him
The two of them set out walking towards the park in their neighborhood. They were walking at a very slow pace. But she couldn't find the energy within herself to go any faster.
When they started walking on the fucked up side of the sidewalk Uncle Fester watched her closely noticing that her face was slowly losing its color. He also noticed that she was starting to sway in an alarming way. He quickly put out his arms to keep her steady. With wide eyes he watched as she almost collapsed. She then proceeded to try and keep walking. That's it they had to go back home.
"No Wednesday" he said glued to the ground as she tried to pull him along so they could keep walking
"But please Uncle Fester I'm not even tired yet" she whined still trying to pull him along with all her force.
"No Wednesday let's go" he said softly pulling her arm in the direction back to the house
She angrily shrugged his hand off his arm before walking back towards the house. When they returned, her dad appeared from the kitchen doorway.
"Have a nice walk?" He asked
Uncle Fester shook his head and gave him a look telling him everything he needed to know.

About an hour later she was back at the hospital, but with her father this time. She was in the examination room when a physician came over to them and drew out a sample of her blood. Once they were done with that they were told they could go back to the waiting room while they analyzed her blood.
As they walked into the waiting room, she noticed that she was feeling much heavier than she normally would. She felt her last bit of energy leave her as she sat down on the uncomfortable waiting room chairs. This level of fatigue had never occurred to her before.
A doctor finally called them in and led them into the examination room where she collapsed on the extremely comfortable examination chair that the doctor showed her.
"Hello I'm Dr. Win" the doctor said before continuing "It's a good thing you came in Wednesday. From the blood test it tells me that you are anemic which is a significant reason why you are tired but we can give you a blood transfusion and you'll feel much better once you get your red blood cells back up."
"That's excellent news, right Wednesday?" He said with a smile
Keeping up her usual death stare, she did not answer, but just nodded.
"However, I'm more concerned about her white blood cell count" the doctor continued "It's far too low and right now we would like you to be extra careful because right now you are at a higher risk of getting a virus"
Gomez was not pleased to hear this. "Is there a way we could get her more white blood cells?"
First of all, due to her low numbers, we can't continue her treatment on the planned day. So we will need to postpone her treatment so she can recover."
As Gomez nodded, he tried not to let the worry consume his heart, but he was frightened to hear that his little raven was too ill to undergo chemotherapy.
A clear bag filled with blood was brought out by the doctor after he had obtained all the necessary information for the blood transfusion. Connecting it to her IV was done by hooking it up to a pole beside her chair. Her veins were being filled with someone else's blood, which was pretty neat. The transfusion was completed and she felt better immediately after leaving the hospital.
