this is the plan I'll try to keep until summer

○ 1.5 meals per day (no calorie counting)
○ max. 200 cals of snacks (including sugar in tea)
○ workout 2-3 times a week
○ min. 2L water

I don't have much time after work so that's why I plan to workout on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

this is how i planned my work out days:

day 1: kpop dancing
10-15 songs, which is something around 30-45 minutes without breaks

day 2: walking
I want to try 10k steps but i know it's only gonna be something around 5-7k (5km = 3mi)

day 3: strength training
I guess I do have to start building some muscles to burn this fat 🗿
I don't wanna end up skinny fat
That's not my goal 😭
