The school day finished quickly with no incidents. But while you tried to focus on the studies you desperately needed to catch up, you couldn't help but wonder about Shigaraki.

He's convincing. But I definitely can't trust him. I have to keep my mind on my goals. I can't keep convincing myself that I'm dangerous! I've got this! I'm going to train my quirk! And then Shigaraki will see.

"Hey, Shrimp."

You turned to see Bakugo, and a smile immediately grew as you saw him. You stopped and waited for him to catch up before promptly walking by his side.

"Hey Bakugo, how was Hero Training?"

Ever since you returned to school, you were offered to take training courses. However, Aizawa recommended against it, and instead, you were sent off to a separate gym to especially rebuild your strength. Thus leading you to miss out on the hero course.

"I had to work with a teammate to show teamwork skills. It sucked."

"Really? Who was your teammate?"

"Momo."

Something strummed your heartstrings and made your face warm.

"M-Momo?"

"Yeah, she was pretty good. But it's not as great as me!" He announced triumphantly.

"That's great..." You forced, your heart hammered out of its chest, and you couldn't help but feel this growing pit in your chest.

Am I jealous? Of Momo? No, no, no... They were just working together! Just teammates! Nothing more! Momo is so sweet and- and way more pretty than me...

She's got a beautiful face, and she's so smart... her quirk is amazing! It's strong but not dangerous like mine... and her body...

You stared down at your chest.

I'm nothing compared to her... What if.... what if Bakugo starts to like her? What if they start dating?! I don't even have big breasts, and I'm not as smart as her. Not to mention everything else about me is off.

You began to panic, Bakugo was so caught up in his stories about Hero Training that he didn't even notice you in distress.

What if he leaves me? And he starts bullying me again? Of course, he wouldn't like a girl like me! I'm wrong! I'm broken! I'm just a broken boring person! Dammit, Momo! Why? Why do you have to be so... perfect!

"Hey!"

"Huh?" You yelped

"What's wrong with you?"

"Ah- it's nothing..."

"Do you... like working with Momo?"

"Huh? Yeah, she's not as annoying as the other chicks. She's fine, I guess. "

"Oh... okay..."

"Huh? Are you jealous?" He said, leaning forward to get a look at your face. He seemed amused at the mention.

"Je-Jealous? No, of course not! Why would I be jealous? I'm not jealous." You stammered.

"Ha! You're jealous of Momo!"

"No, I'm not! Shut up!"

You paused, "It's just that... She's just so great, you know..."

"Yeah, she's pretty cool, I guess." Bakugo replied nonchalantly, "But she's not a little pipsqueak loser. "

"Huh? Is that a good thing?"

"Yeah, stupid. She's not you."

You blushed but looked down to try to hide it.
