🍯Part 2🍯
"I kissed a girl."
Jimin nearly jolted out of her chair, looking at Ryujin. "Uh-Ok?" In Jimin's several years of being best friends with Ryujin, she's never heard anything like that come out of her best friend's mouth but she carried on. "So Who's it?" Jimin asked, taking a sip of her drink. Ryujin looked hesitant, like she just was afraid to admit something. "Hwang Yeji?"
Jimin spat her drink out all over the table, looking straight at Ryujin with eyes as wide as a widescreen TV. "YEJI?" The older girl was merely choking. "In the bathroom," Ryujin whispered.
That Made the Older girl throw a huge coughing fit and people around her turn heads.
It's definitely a shock since Ryujin used to go out with Hwang Hyunjin, Yeji's older brother but a kiss is just a kiss right? Ryujin was probably drunk, or something to kiss Yeji.
"Ryujin, stop messing with me. Yeji is your friend, and your Ex-boyfriend's Sister. Don't you think that's a bit weird?"
Ryujin gave a blank stare and sat up like the next words she's about to say were words to prove Jimin wrong. For Ryujin, she does admit that chasing after the Hwang siblings was really ridiculous but she had her reasons from the very beginning. " Well actually, I've liked Yeji for a while now. Longer than I did for Hyunjin." Ryujin confessed.
When Ryujin started dating Hyunjin, that's when she talked with Yeji. Of course she knew Yeji before she was dating Hyunjin but she never really got close to her. When she did, she caught herself falling for who she really, truly liked. Yeji.
Jimin found the story of Ryujin kinda makes sense but deep down she still kinda thinks It's wrong to date both of the siblings at different times.
Moments later Ryujin leaned closer on the table, cleaning the drink that spilled everywhere. "So, what did you do yesterday?"
That's when everything, every memory of Minjeong rushed into Jimin's head. Their first encounter, the library thing, the movie night, the kiss-
"Uh-um, I watched a movie." Jimin stuttered. It's visible that Jimin was clearly blushing, and Ryujin couldn't help but notice it. "You good? You're kinda red." Ryujin pointed out, but the younger girl was pretty clueless about it though.
Jimin feels her heart racing, her face getting hotter, and butterflies in her stomach every time she thinks about yesterday night. Minjeong couldn't seem to get out of Jimin's head. She was all Jimin could ever think of now.
_________THURSDAY AFTERNOON
It's the last and best class of the day for Jimin, mainly because of Minjeong who she's really excited to see. It was the only class the older girl had with the younger girl and with finals coming up and their new schedules parting them, it'll be hard for them to talk or meet each other.
Minjeong was one of the last people to enter the classroom and made her way to the seat beside Jimin's. The teacher warned every student in the room about the upcoming deadline and how to present their essays today. It was kind of embarrassing to write an essay about dinosaurs but at the end of presenting their finished project, the teacher was stunned by all the hard work Minjeong put into the essay. Jimin felt bad- really bad, she didn't help the younger girl with anything at all during the work days they've had.
After their presentation, both girls sat back down leaning closer in to whisper about something.
"Minjeong, I'm sorry for not helping you." Jimin frowned, she looked ashamed of herself, she shouldn't deserve a good grade for not helping her.
