Aeri and Ning sit in the living room of Winter's house with anticipation as they hand a huge bag to the blonde haired girl.
At first winter looked at it in curiosity, wondering what was in the bag. "What's this?"
"Open it! Open it!" They both chanted, a bigger smile growing on their face and with all the giggles and excitement, winter starts digging into the bag.
"You like it?"
Winter pulled out the gift her friends got her, the look on her face shifting from confusion to pure astonishment.
An all black liquid carbon motorcycle helmet that winter had always wanted but could never afford getting.
"You guys can't be serious."
"Happy birthday Winter!" Aeri squealed, causing a group hug to break out. Winter's still too stunned to even utter a word out of her mouth, was this real?
"How did you guys afford this..? This was like, seven-hundred bucks"
Ning brings an arm around Winter's shoulders "We know how much you really wanted this, and you're parents would never allow you to have one soo we both worked our asses off to buy it for you!"
It's her 19th birthday and she gets to spend it without her parents since they're on a business trip. If Having her two friends by her side is all she gets then it's all she needs.
"We're the best aren't we?" Aeri jokes.
"You guys are way more than just the best, thank you-" winter pulled the both of them back in for a big long warm hug.
"I want cake, can we eat it now?"

They're munching on chocolate cake, sitting on the ground of winter's living room chatting about whatever they wanted.
"Gotta say, the best cake I've ever had." Winter says with a mouthful, nodding in content.
"Damn, never had chocolate cake before?" Aeri giggled.
"No, it's just, this cake is better than the ones my Parent's buy."
"Guess rich people's cake doesn't hit like the ones you'd buy at a convenience store." Ning shrugged.
Winter comes to a halt with the chewing, looking up at her friends with her finger pointing directly at her half eaten cake. "This was from the convenience store?"
"20% off for birthdays," Ning grooved along as she took another bite of the cake.
Growing up in a family where quality and wealth were an important part of life, Winter sometimes felt like she was missing another side of the world.
