Girlfriend to the rescue..?

Tough day, really.

Winter studied all day and night for the past 2 weeks in hopes of passing her final class before heading off to winter break and as much as it was helping, the amount of sleep she got was lacking.

2 hours of sleep each day, sometimes she'd even sleep during lunch by accident and Ning would wake her up.

"Win! Wake up!" Ning exclaimed with a nudge.

Her head shoots up and looks around the room as her vision tries to focus at the atmosphere around her.

"Where are we?"

"Cafeteria, dumbass." Ning laughed.

"You've been off lately." Ning took a big bite out of her sandwich.

"Yeah, sup with that?" Aeri adds.

While being bombarded with questions, Winter shakes her head and gets up from her dazed thoughts.

"Where are you going?" Ning asked.

"Where's Rina?" Winter questions instead.

"She told me she took the day off to rest." Aeri clicks his tongue.

With that, Winter exits out the campus door feeling this sense of relief wash over her. The smell of fresh air, the sounds of chirping birds and breezy wind, it put her mind at ease a little.

But what really made her relieved was knowing that she was minutes within before jumping into Karina's arms.

Karina was in bed, getting her sleep in since she had no classes for today. What she didn't know was the sudden doorbell ringing.

With tired sleepy eyes she groans as she gets out of bed and waddles her way to the door.

She didn't bother looking into the peephole with how tired she was.

It was 11 in the morning and having someone at this time was rare for her.

She opened the door to find the familiar face standing before her.

"Winter?" Karina rubs her eyes, hoping that she wasn't mistaken.

Without a word, Winter leaps into Karina's arms, feeling her warm embrace as tears run down her eyes.

"What's wrong baby?" There was nothing said but Winter's sniffling.

With all those overwhelming Assignments and lack of sleep eating her brain, she grew increasingly emotional and frustrated.

Having the opportunity to see Karina was like a miracle

Jimin cups onto the younger one's cheek, seeing the rather straining tears running down Minjeong's cheeks.

The dreadful weeks led her to spending less time with her girlfriend, but whenever they were able to see each other, they'd spend whatever time they had together.

Even if it was only for a couple of minutes.

Karina knew about Winter's tight schedule. Nonetheless, she wanted to help out somehow.

But each time she saw the younger girl, whether it was just for a tiny glance, she noticed the exhaust look on her face. Her dark circles worsened and her mood drained day by day.

Laying down in Karina's bedroom, Winter closes her eyes and takes the moment to focus on her breathing.

Shortly after Karina walks in, finding Winter on the bed curled up.
