HEYYY I'm SORRY if there's mistakes :((

Karina's standing in front of a movie theater staring at two tickets in her hand.

She takes a while staring at them, remembering how happy she was the day her boyfriend told her they were going to the movies.

That was only last week, now she's here standing alone with two tickets in her hand.

She lets out a sigh knowing there wasn't any hope with last night's conversation.

She checks the time, 6:50pm.

The movie starts in the next 10 minutes but she didn't know if she should throw the ticket she bought away or just store it somewhere.

It'll be a waste to just throw it away.

_______

She quietly walked over to the back row of the cinema where her seat number was and sat down near another empty seat that was supposed to be for her ex.

She settled in and that's when she realized how empty the room was. How there weren't as many people she thought there would be.

The lights dimmed as the tiny chatters die down, the movies starting up.

It's one of the films her boyfriend wanted to see. Too bad her ex called it off between the both of them.

She knew how tough it was with him. The ups and downs they went through, all for it to go down the drain because he gave up.

She didn't want to think much of it but the tears flooding her eyes were a distraction.

10 minutes passed and there was this figure approaching her from the right, sitting in the seat beside her. The seat her ex was supposed to be in if he were to be here but who was she to care for? He's not here.

It doesn't matter.

"Hey sorry I came late, what is the show about?" The girl beside her leaned in closer to Karina.

Who is this girl?

Karina dries her tears up before the girl beside her could catch a glimpse.

She kept looking at Karina, her gaze stuck onto hers for what felt like hours.

"Uhm," Karina struggled to respond. If she was honest, she didn't pay attention to the movie.

"I haven't been paying attention.."

In response the girl stares at Karina for a little longer than usual, As if she was trying to read the girl's expression.

"That's okay," she smiled at Karina.

She caught a glimpse of the girl's smile below the dimming flickering lights, leaving a fluttering feeling deep inside her stomach.

The movie in the background continues but Karina finds herself glancing at the girl beside her every time.

The girl beside her was too immersed in the movie herself, she didn't realize the older one was staring at her silently.

And It wasn't long until Karina's mind started spinning, thinking of how lonely she was now. It's got her even more that she's all alone again.

She wouldn't wake up to calling him anymore, or seeing him at her doorstep any longer.

She wouldn't be able to be in his arms ever again.

Heavier tears fall down her cheek, trying her best to not let a cry out. She didn't want anyone to know she was crying.

But as she drowns herself in tears, she comes face to face worn a hand holding a bag of popcorn.
