"JIMIN YOU NEVER TOLD ME YOU HAD A GIRLFRIEND!" Irene exclaimed.
"Shhh! Be quiet!" Jimin put her hands over her older sister's mouth. She could feel hundreds of eyes looking at the both of them in the cafe and it was truly embarrassing.
"Oh my god!" Irene whispered in shock.
The only people she could tell her gay problems to now were Irene and Seulgi. Both supported each other and they were the only ones that actually made Jimin feel safe.
"So how long have you guys dated?"
"For a year now, after you left home." Irene raised her brows, impressed that Jimin could keep a relationship secret for more than 6 months.
"I'm impressed you kept her a secret for that long." Irene chuckled
"What's her name?"
"Kim Minjeong." That put an even bigger stunned look on Irene's face.
"Wasn't she your friend?"
"Yeah." Irene chuckled at Jimin.
"So what do I tell mom?" Irene nearly choked on her drink hearing that question.
"First of all, you don't tell mom." She shook her head in denial.
"But I can't just keep her a secret from mom, I have to be honest."
"You know how I hate acting guilty in front of mom." Jimin frowned. Irene sighed, scooting next to the girl.
"Then I'll step in. Remember?" Jimin looked up at the older girl, seeing a trusting smile form across Irene's face.
______________
Little did Irene know, Jimin's plan was to introduce her girlfriend to her mom today and now Jimin, Irene, Seulgi and Minjeong were standing outside of the house, thinking about their life decisions.
"So um, why didn't you tell me that your plan was to tell mom today?" Irene asks with nerve.
"Didn't I tell you?" Jimin retorted. Irene playfully pushed her
"I could've been more mentally prepared.." Irene rolled her eyes. The other two girls were more ready than ever.
Seulgi approached the door, about to ring the doorbell but Irene and Jimin frantically ran up to stop her from doing so.
"Come on, we got this!"
"Seulgi unnie you don't understand." Jimin replied.
"She's like An angry selfish woman with no chill" Irene added. Minjeong laughed hysterically, not realizing all three girls were watching her.
"Sorry-" she cleared her throat.
"Okay everyone ready?" Irene asked everyone. They all nodded.
"I'm gonna ring the doorbell." Jimin takes a deep breath in, ready to ring the bell.
"Yah, are you dumb or something?" Irene asked Jimin.
"No, what makes you say that?"
"Girl this is your house, just open the damn door." Jimin could hear Seulgi and Minjeong snorting in the background. She opened the door, quietly entering as the three other girls followed behind Jimin.
"You're home, finally." Her mom spoke from the kitchen.
"Yeah..I'm not the only one here.."
Her mom looked up to see all four standing next to each other in a row. Jimin saw the look on her mom's face and just looking at her mom's glaring eyes, made her stomach turn. It got so bad, she could even hear Irene's loud gulp right beside her.
