The moment the final school bell rang, Nancy and Steve lead their group out of high school and began to make their way over to the middle school to pick up the rest of the kids. They waited outside the middle school before spotting their little friends walking miserably out.

"Oh no, you don't think anything bad happened?" Nancy asked, watching as the kids made their way over towards them.

"Don't know, but if anything bad did happen to them, I'll like to have a word with whoever it was." Billy grumbled, which earned him a few quick glares from all of them before they turned to look at the kids.

"Hey, guys how was school?" Nancy asked them.

"It was okay." Mike answered.

"Okay? Nothing bad happened did it?" Steve asked as he began to mess with Dustin's hair.

"Nothing bad happened. Just that-- no one really wanted to talk with us and every time we walked around; people would whisper about us. Not sure what it was, but we know it was about us." Will claimed.

"But the good news is the science teacher, Mr. Clarke, told us we can join the AV Club where we got to mess with this Ham Radio! We actually got to talk with someone from Australia!" Dustin cheered to them.

"Well that's good. At least something happened while you're here." Steve stated, smiling to them while they began to make their way back to their homes.

"So how was school today? Did you guys have a good time?" Joyce asked when Jonathan, El and Will came through the front door while she was cooking supper.

"It was okay." Will told her as he made his way to help Joyce seat the table for dinner.

"Nothing bad happened, did it?" Joyce asked them.

"I think the kids don't like new people. But Mike, Lucas, Dustin and I sign up to the AV Club." Will mumbled as he began setting the plates down.

"Well that's good. Yeah-- I hate that part about small towns; most people in small towns don't like newcomers. Poor Susan had a rough time getting along with the other people, because no one likes strangers. Fortunately, it didn't take long for her to finally settle in and for people to finally open up and give her a chance." Joyce stated to them, "But it took me, Karen, Sue, and Claudia to hang out with her before people deemed her harmless-- OH! I almost forgot."

Joyce turned and fumbled with a few things before pulling out a camera from the corner of her kitchen table. She turned to Jonathan and handed it over him.

"I remembered you said your powers involve... kind of a talk with devices like this, so I thought you might want to have it." Joyce told him.

"Thank you," Jonathan told her. Their conversation was cut short when they could hear the sound of wheels squealing into their driveway. They hurried out of the house just in time to see a fancy car pulling up so fast they thought it would drive right over them and through the house had it not brake at the last minute. They were confused as to who it was and what was going on, until the side door opened and Nancy came hurling out.

"No... No! NO! Never again! Biggest mistake of my life!" Nancy kept mumbled as she wobbled away from the car and towards Joyce and Johnathan while the driver's side opened up to reveal Billy.

"Come on Nance! It was supposed to be driven like that!" Billy told her before shutting the door.

"What's going on?" Joyce asked.

"I should not have given him knowledge to drive, that's what's going on." Nancy said before she grabbed hold of Jonathan's shoulder to stop herself from falling over. Billy came strutting around the car and towards them.

"How do you guys like my new baby? Poor girl was locked up under a tarp and Susan was planning on selling her. I was able to convince Susan to let me be her daddy now." Billy asked them, smirking like a mad man hopped up on a cocktail of cocaine and heroin.  Joyce chuckled shaking her head.

"Did you seriously call the car your 'baby'? And did you really just call yourself its 'daddy'?" Nancy asked him.

"Yeah, that's how a lot of guys call their cars, you quickly get use to it after hearing them speak like that for years." Joyce assured her.

"It's beautiful, can we look at it?" El asked him, pointing at the car.

"Sure, just don't mess up the paint job, though," Billy told them as Will and El rushed over to the car.

"Hey, where's Max?" Nancy asked them. Suddenly the back door opened and out wobbled a Max, who now was as pale as paper and clinging to the door.

"I just got flash backs of when you used to drive me around before we were sent to that lab... I didn't like you driving then and I still don't like you driving now," Max mumbled.

"I think you might have to practice on speed control, Billy," Joyce claimed to him.

"It's a Zoomer! You're supposed to drive them fast." Billy claimed to her.

"Hey, Billy, do you mind if I take a picture of us all around the car? Joyce got me this cool camera, and I want to try it out." Jonathan asked, holding up his camera.

"Sure." Billy said before motioning all the kids around the front of the car. Jonathan stood in front of them with the camera out over his face.

"Say cheese!" Jonathan said.

"CHEESE!" Everyone repeated as the camera released a heavy flash of light.
