"So what was it that you guys saw?" Mike asked El and Will as they were huddled in Will's room. They could see the fear still beaming in their eyes. Mike knew he probably shouldn't have ask, but as their friend, he needed to know what they were dealing with in order to figure out how to help his friends. All the kids were there because the parents had asked them to be there while they went talking with each other. The older kids were at a party, which the younger ones weren't allowed to go for reasons they didn't know.

"It... it almost looked like... like Billy's monster side." Will explained to them, "Only... more malice... completely... inhuman."

"Sounds like Billy to me." Lucas snickered before quieting when the room glared at him, "I'm just saying--"

"Do you think there's more out there?" Max cut in.

"I hope not." Will mumbled.

"There might be. Can't say for certain." Dustin admitted to them.

"You guys don't think it has anything to do with the lab?" Lucas asked, "Do you?"

"It wouldn't be surprising if it was. I mean, they were all for doing whatever weird shit they could think of." Max suggested.

"It could explain why the monster looked like Billy. They could have stolen some of Billy's DNA and began to make clones probably to hunt us down and bring us back to the lab." Dustin stated with a nod of confidence. Everyone looked at Dustin for a hot minute before Mike cleared his throat.

"Or... this could be something else entirely." Mike guessed to them, "I mean-- El, you remember what happened the last time they took you into the lab--"

El's head lowered as she tried to avoid looking at their eyes. She didn't want to remember that day. Even though it was the day they had finally escape, El didn't like even thinking about that night. They had dragged her into their experiment lab where they then had put her in her suit before putting her into the water tank. She knew every time she was put in there that she was being send to go into the dark place. She didn't know what it was, but she called it the dark place. And that time was the worst one since all the other times. Why? because that time, she saw something she couldn't explain at all. It was chewing on something she wasn't sure of, tearing into its flesh. She didn't know why, but she found herself moving towards it... then she reached out to touch it... then it turned around; it's mouth spread opened, showing off its numerous teeth and shrieking that horrible sound.

"What exactly did those losers at that lab do to you guys?"

El brought from her thoughts as she and everyone else turned to face Erica, who was leaning against the wall near the door.

"We don't want to talk about it," Dustin told her. Erica shrugged her shoulders before she leaned her ear against the door.

"What are you doing?" Will asked.

"Trying to hear what they're talking about, duh? I would think you guys would want to hear since they might be talking about you." Erica shot at them as she leaned closer to the door. The kids darted their heads between each other then proceeded near the door. They couldn't exactly hear anything except for muffled whispering, leaving them wondering what they were talking about.

"What are we going to do?" Karen asked while all of the parents sat around Joyce's table. After receiving the news from Hopper about how some of the suspected agents from the lab are closing in on them and want to meet up with them and the kids, it was starting to put fear in Karen's heart. Not just Karen, but everyone else in that room.

"We're not sure when they'll arrive or who will be first with getting to meet up with them. We're here because we need to figure out our own stories so they can be different from others'. That way they don't suspect a thing." Hopper explained to them.

"Shouldn't we inform the kids?" Susan questioned.

"Not right now, let them play before we have to worry them again. First lets come up with our stories," Joyce advised them.

"Should we called the older kids to come home? They'll probably want to know what's going on." Sue asked them.

"I think if we do that, they'll look suspicious." Hopper advised them.

"He's right. Think about it-- how many teens do you know would leave a party to come home just because their parents told them too?" Charlie asked them.

"I know I didn't leave a party because my parents told me to leave." Ted stated to them.

"And those agents might be watching them as well. If they leave that party so sudden, they'll know something is up and might come sooner." Claudia warned them.

"Oh! Why can't those agents leave them alone?" Karen asked, "They're children for Pete's Sake."

"These people don't seem them as kids. They're only property-- objects-- in their eyes," Hopper explained, "That's how a lot of killers view their victims. Now back on topic, we need to figure out stories...."
