Everyone was in the garage when Tony and I got there. My eyes widened at the sight of all of the fancy cars that he had just sitting there and he chuckled at my expression, squeezing my shoulder and walking past me to where Nat was trying to convince Steve to let us in this massive yellow and blue painted van. Steve way saying that it was only for extreme emergencies while Nat was saying that he needed to lighten up a little and have fun.

"Couple problems." Wanda whispered to me as I slowly joined the group and I snorted, causing both Nat and Steve to look over at me sharply.

"Was everything okay with Stark?" Loki thankfully interrupted, gently pulling me to the side, leaving Wanda to try and defend herself against a very embarrassed Nat.

"Yeah." I nodded, smiling faintly at his concern. "He just wanted to give me this." I pulled the phone out of my pocket. "He said that I might want to take a couple of photos today."

His eyes flicked over the phone, the tenseness in his shoulders slowly disappearing as he gave me a small smile, nodding. He gently led me back towards the group, which was slowly piling into a large 10 seater silver van. Thor and Clint got stuck with the backseats, Bucky squished between them, with Nat and Bruce in front of them, followed by me and Loki, then Wanda and Pepper in front of us and Steve driving while Tony sat in the passenger seat.

It didn't take us long to reach the grassy area where the amusement park had been set up. I basically had my face pressed up against the window the whole time, trying to take in the sight of everything. Steve managed to find a car park big enough to fit our massive fan and helped Tony pass around a collection of beanies and scarves to hide our faces from the public.

I clambered out of the car, looking at everything with awe as I stood there, trying to take it all in. Multiple structures were towering over the park, one was a big wheel lit up by rainbow lights, another a tall tower with seats that plummeted down, and there was even a winding and twisting rail track above the whole park. I deeply breathed in the scent of deep-fried food, my stomach grumbling faintly.

Bucky clambered out of the car and put his finger under my jaw, which I didn't realise had been hanging open, and shut it with a faint smile. I gave him a gentle glare and hurried after the others as they began to head towards the entrance gate. There was a slight line and everyone was restless by the time we reached the front, clearly they weren't use to having to wait for things.

"Alright, I think Emily should get first pick." Tony announced as soon as we got through the gates, all of them looking like they were ready to bolt off in different directions.

My eyes widened slightly as they all turned to me and I swallowed thickly as I looked around at everything surrounding us. I didn't know how I was meant to pick out of everything, not to mention that I hated making decisions without everyone else's input.

"Maybe that one?" I replied after a couple of seconds, hesitantly pointing to a big black dome painted like an alien ship with 'The Rotor' written along the side in fluro green.

"Someone is wanting to start off strong." Clint chuckled as everyone slowly made their way over to the ride. "You're going to wish you didn't have breakfast this morning." He gently nudged my shoulder.

I opened my mouth to ask why, but at that moment, the side stopped spinning and the door opened, letting people who had been stuck inside stumble out. Almost all of them were unsteady on their feet and a couple had to sit down, their faces completely drained of blood. One even started to throw up in a bush nearby.

"I think I'm going to sit this one out." Pepper sat down on one of the seats nearby.

"Same." Nat replied. "I'm not the greatest with heights, last thing I want is to be upside down."

"I don't want to risk the big guy coming out." Bruce nodded, sitting down next to Nat.

"I think I might join you." I murmured, feeling my stomach churn as I tried to block out the sound of the person throwing up a couple of metres away.

"No, no." Tony grabbed my arm, grinning. "You can't get out of it, you chose this. Come on."

He began to gently drag me towards the ride, a couple of the others chuckling behind me as Steve went ahead and brought enough tickets for us. Tony only let go of my arm when he was sure I couldn't escape from the line.

"You'll be fine." Wanda smiled down at me. "You're more than capable of handling this."

The line moved forward and I felt like I could barely move my legs as we stepped inside the ride. It was almost completely dark inside, apart from an eerie green light hanging from the centre. There were black boards up along the curved walls where a couple of people were already leaning. I hesitantly stood next to Bucky, my eyes darting around me nervously. I jumped slightly when the door hissed shut, Bucky's eyes darting over my face as he looked down at me, my face pretty much hidden by the darkness of the ride.

My hands dug into the board I was leaning against as the ride began to move, my heart feeling like it was pounding in my throat as I breathed out shakily. I did my best to try and not focus on the thought that this could make me throw up, but the more I tried to not think about it, the more I focused on it.

The ride slowly began to pick up and I couldn't stop myself from reaching out and gripping Bucky's arm as I felt my feet begin to rise up. He chuckled and looked back down at me.

"It's okay." He said. "It's really fun when you go upside down."

"I think you and I have a very different definition of fun." I managed to grit out through my teeth, which I had clenched shut, feeling like my breakfast was going to make an appearance. "And I'm sure you don't want me to throw up on you."

"True." His nose crinkled and he wrapped an arm around me, holding me against him as he kept us grounded. I watched out of the corner of my eye as Wanda began to drift upside down, a smile lighting up her whole face. Clint was the next to go, but I buried my head against Bucky, my throat tightening a little. I tried to focus on taking deep breaths, my stomach flipping and churning as I felt my mouth dry out. My nails dug into Bucky's side as I held onto him, but just as I felt like I couldn't take any more, the side began to slow down and I sighed with relief into Bucky's shirt.

He kept his hands around my ribs as he helped me stumble out of the ride where Nat, Pepper and Bruce were waiting with curious grins. Loki appeared at my side, immediately taking my body from Bucky as I was hit with bright light.

"You good Em?" He asked worriedly, bending down a little to look over at my face.

I didn't dare open my mouth, shaking my head as I raised a hand to block the sunlight. He gently tried to guide me over to the seat, my stomach still twisting and churning. The others crowded around me, various tones of worry in their voices as I shakily sat down. I squeezed my eyes shut, trying to swallow back the nausea and Loki barely managed to turn me towards the bushes before I threw up. He quickly gathered up my hair in his hand, making sure to sweep back the couple of stray strands. He kept my back pressed against his chest as we both knelt in the dirt until my stomach was empty.

"Better?" He asked gently, letting me kneel for a couple more moments.

I nodded, my face burning with embarrassment as he conjured up a glass of water and a couple of wipes, slowly releasing my hair. As I skulled the water and wiped my face with the wipes, he gently moved me back to the seat, my legs still feeling like jelly.

"You okay kiddo?" Tony asked from where he and the others were hovering around nervously.

"Yeah." I croaked weakly.

"Do you want to go back to the compound?" Steve asked. "I can drive you back if you want."

"No." I immediately shook my head, not wanting to ruin the rest of the day for them all. "I just need a couple of moments, I'll be fine."
