Kai's P.O.V
Alright, crap. I brought it, it's right here. Where did the reservations go!? Oh, here they are. Now, it's.. 4:41 okay. I just have to text the others. Alright.
Me: Hey guys, meet up at the lobby in thirty minutes. I got a reservation at a nice restaurant for us all. -4:43
Jay: So like, suit and dresses nice? -4:46
Me: Yeah -4:46
Nya: I thought you were joking when you said to bring something fancy. Thank god I actually brought something though. -4:48
Zane: Alright, we'll be there. -4:49
I sighed and puty phone in my pocket. "Lloyd? You good in there? You've been in the shower for almost half an hour now." I asked. He usually only ever takes fifteen or so minutes. "Yeah, sorry I just can't figure out how to put on this tie, it's so confusing." He replied. "Oh, well do you want me to help?" I asked and waited for an answer. "No, I got it." He replied, opening the bathroom door.
He walked out in a white suit and a dark green tie. "Just be careful not to get food on that." I chuckled. "Oh, hush. Just put on your tie, dummy." He rolled his eyes. I walked over to the drawer and opened it, taking out a red tie. I put it on and looked in the mirror. "So, you ready for dinner?" I asked. "Yep, let's head out to the lobby now!" Lloyd said, grabbing his phone. "Uh, yeah. You head on down I'll be there soon." I told him.
"Uh.. Alright." He said, leaving the room and closing the door behind him. I took the small box out of my pocket again and opened it. "I really hope this works.." I mumbled, shutting the box and slipping it back into my pocket. I grabbed my phone
I headed to the elevator, it has already been a little past thirty minutes, everyone was probably waiting for me in the lobby by now.
Lloyd's P.O.V-
I walked out to the Lobby to see the others already waiting there. "About time, wait, where's Kai?" Cole asked. "He was the one who told us to be down here in thirty minutes." Nya sighed. "Sorry guys, he might still be in the room. He had to do something real quick." I told them.
"Alright then, looking sharp by the way." Cole said. I thanked him as Kai came running twoards us. "Sorry, let's get going." Kai said. We walked out of the hotel and headed to the restaurant, since it was really close we didn't need to drive or anything. Once we got there we got a table and sat down.
I looked around the restaurant. There where purple ish lights hanging everywhere. It was dark but bright at the same time. The seats where a beautiful dark blue and super comfortable. This was really nice, but also kind of worrying. Kai wouldn't just do all of this for no reason. It wouldn't be to sugar coat something bad either though, right?
It's for a week, it would be really awkward after if there where to be bad news. This is totally out of character. But he's not acting very suspicious at all.. He was never good at keeping big secrets, so it must be a small one. But he hasn't kept one in a long time, dang it! I'm being paranoid.

I just asked a question dumbo.
"Lloyd?" Kai asked. "Huh, what?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked up at him. "I asked what you wanted for dinner." He said. "Oh sorry, I was thinking about something. I'm fine though." I said. "Alright, here's the menu, the waiter will come by soon so you might want to hurry." Kai said, handing me the menu. "Alright, thanks."
A couple minutes later the waiter came by just like he said. We all told him our orders and now all me had to do was wait. "So, Lloyd do you have any special plans to do here?" Nya asked me. "Uh, not really. All I know is that there's a pool here. I haven't really looked around yet. I was too busy unpacking and getting ready I didn't even get to go out on the balcony." I told them.
"Oh, well maybe we can look at a paper in the lobby that tells us what's nearby." Nya suggested. "Oh, that would be great!" I was happy, I've never gone to places like this. As much as I wanted to I've never had the time, or the money. free a while we had gotten our food and started eating. I was almost done with my food when.. "Hey, Lloyd." "Huh, yeah?" I asked, putting down my fork.
"Can I ask you something real quick?" Kai whispered. "Uh, sure?" He then got up and took my hand. "Uh, we'll be right back guys." I told the others. Kai then lead me out of the restaurant and over to a patio. It had flowers of many kinds. There where blue one's, pink ones, green. It was beautiful. "S-so, what did you want to ask me?" I said, snapping back to reality.
Kai stood there for a moment before answering. "Lloyd," he said, taking my hand. "I've been really happy with you for the past year, almost two. And it took a lot of thinking. And money. " He chuckled to himself. What's going on? "Lloyd, every day I wake up to you, is another reminder of how much I love you, and how much you complete me. So, to my main question. Lloyd Montgomery-Garmadon. Will you marry me?" He said while getting on one knee and showing me a small velvet box wtth a silver ring inside. It had a green and red gem inside that formed a heart.
"I.. Yes, Yes!" I screamed, tears falling down my face. He got up and slid the ring on my finger. "Fits like a glove." I cried. He held me close and pulled me into a kiss.
