"Pssst, Cole, Zane! Get up ya bums! We have to get ready!" Kai whispered, with a small blonde latched to his arm, half asleep. "Huh, Kai? What the funky, what time is it?" Cole said, rubbing his eyes, and sitting up carefully. "Its 6:00 A.M. but we have to get up, it's Jays birthday today. We have to decorate and make him breakfast, a birthday tradition Cole. So get ya ass up!" He said in a whisper yell. He closed the door, seeing him wake up Zane and climb out of bed. "C'mon Blondie Locks, to the kitchen we go!" He said, pointing down the hall and marching down quietly.
"How do you bake cake again?" Lloyd asked, picking up a box of cake mix. "Uh.. Get Cole or something, too tired to think." "Wha- but he'll eat it all!" "Okay? Not my birthday." "Ugh, your such a hothead. Big baby." Lloyd mumbled as Cole and Zane walked into the kitchen. "Geez, yall argue like a married couple." Cole complained, rolling his eyes. "I mean, we could be a married couple." Kai said, winking at Lloyd. He huffed and turned his head away, blushing. But of course he didn't want Kai to see that, he would tease him and it would just get worse.
"Cole, can you help me make this cake? Mr. Handsome is being to stubborn." Lloyd said putting down the box and getting an apron. "Sure, I still can't believe you don't know how to make a cake, its not that hard." "Thats only because you eat one every other day." Lloyd replied. "Wh- no I don't!" "Mmmhmmm." Zane remarked. Cole rolled his eyes once again and got to baking a cake with Lloyd while Kai and Zane made some breakfast in bed for Jay to have.
"And done! Whatcha think?" Lloyd asked the others with a hand on his hip and a frosting tube in one hand, white frosting smudged all over his face. "It looks great Lloyd, but I'm afraid you are covered in vanilla frosting." Zane said. "Ah. Its nothing. I can just take a shower later. I'll wipe it off for now." Lloyd said, grabbing a hand towel and wetting it under the sink. "Yeah, but what about the counter? It looks like it had a smack down with flower." Kai said, snickering. "What? Oh, ugh, shut up Kai!" Lloyd whined.
