October has started so that means spooky season is on! But once again, Halloween is yet another thing that is different now than it was in elementary school! In elementary school, it was all about costumes, trick or treating, costume parades, the classroom Halloween parties (if they count a halloween cookie in the shape of a witch and punch in a dixie cup a party)... but anyways, now it's all about Halloween parties! And I'm not talking about those classroom halloween parties like in sixth grade.... I'm talking about full on house parties wear a skimpy costume truth or dare kiss a random person parties! And I got invited to Layla's party and so did my..... BOYFRIEND Henry! Oh gosh it still feels so weird saying that! I am trying to figure out what costume I am going to wear to the party.... now that I am a middle schooler I no longer say, "what I am gonna be for Halloween." And it's no more princesses, pirates, fairies, kids stuff like that it's more like cats, tigers, Starbucks drinks.... which I think that one is kind of silly honestly. But since Henry and I are a couple, we are going to look for some type of couples costume.... I can't believe I am only 12 and I am looking for a couples costume with my boyfriend!!! AHHH!! Mom asked me if I wanted to go costume shopping with her and I said pssshh.... I am not an elementary kid anymore mom so save that for Mara. I have been browsing some costumes online and I have narrowed it down to a couple that are my favorites. I think my favorites are the cat, creepy doll and angel. I don't know what Henry would dress up as if I was a cat I just thought that was a really cute costume, and creepy doll he would be like a creepy boy doll, and angel he would be a devil. We still are trying to decide which one we're gonna go with but as long as no one else is wearing the same costume, we should be okay. Things are still going really well with Henry! We haven't done much outside of school besides go to Starbucks on Fridays but I still really like him and he really likes me! The cutest thing ever was last Friday at the football game he asked his friend to take photos of us and he posted them on instagram saying that I am his girl!! How sweet! Layla has been a little weird lately but I am still really excited for her Halloween party!!

Dear Diary, so Henry texted me and he said his favorite costume is the creepy doll so I guess that is what we are going to do!
