Chapter 8

Timmy's POV

I have lived with Carter for the last few days, we stayed in the Alpha's apartment, and everything seems to be going well between us.

Actually, even more then well to be honest.

He convinced my father to let me stay with him, and to avoid unnecessary attention, we decided that it will be better for me to not leave the apartment for a while.

It's Monday today, and the Alpha of our pack, Carter's father, is coming back from his meeting.

Carter and I decided that it will be for the best to tell his family that we are mates, and it that will go alright, we will tell the pack too.

"What's on your mind?" He asks me, as he gets ready to leave, he has to meet his father, and arrange a dinner with his family, for this afternoon.

"I'm just happy that I will get to tell everyone that we are mates, I can't wait to see the disappointment of all the girls' faces, they all wished that you will be their." I inform, making him laugh, I laugh along before he finishes getting ready.

"Actually, how about a little change of plan? Come with me, so we will tell my father first, then we will go to tell your father, and then we will tell my family." He says.

I nod my head, and we both step out of the apartment, that will officially be our from tonight.

Carter leads me towards Alpha's office, that soon will be his, and as soon as we reach it, he opens the door and we step inside.

To our surprise his father is already there, sitting in his chair, behind the desk, and in front of him is a young woman, from what I can tell.

"Sorry for interrupting, we didn't expect you to be here already." Carter tells him.

"No, please come in. Timmy, please make me a cup of tea, and Carter come over here, I have here someone I want you to meet." The Alpha orders.

Carter quickly grabs my hand to prevent me from going to do my task, and closes the door being us before taking my hand in his, and turning to face his father.

"Dad, he won't be working for us anymore, he's my mate, so please treat him with respect, because he will be a Luna and he will rule alongside me, in a matter of few weeks from now." Carter says firmly.

The woman stands from her chair quickly and she looks between me, Carter and his father.

"No, that won't happen, you will be mated to me, your father and my father just arranged it a few days ago, the wedding is planned for this Saturday, and both our packs already know about it, so just throw him out the window and get rid of him.

We can't let him destroy our plan... " She tryes to explain, but she is stopped by Carter, when he slaps her firmly on the face, making her cry out in pain.

"What have you done?" Carter asks his father, and I don't even know that to think about all of that.
