Chapter 14

Carter's POV

After all the teas are done, and ready to be served, Timmy helps me bring them to the living room.

We sit on the couch, opposite of the couch that my family sits on.

"So, what did you want to tell me?" I ask my father.

"I just wanted to inform you, that the three of us will be going on a long vacation to Europe.

It will give you some time to get used to being the Alpha, and it will be easier for the pack to accept you as their new Alpha if I will be gone for a while." He explains, making me nod in agreement.

I still didn't forgive him for trying to arrange a marriage for me, so it's a very good idea, and this way, he won't be near me for a while.

"How long will you be gone?" I ask my parents.

"Only for few months." My mother responds.

"Alright then, I think it will be good for everyone." I tell them.

I can see that my mom wants to ask how my and Timmy's relationship is going, but she decides against it since my father is here, and she doesn't want us to start arguing.

We talk about their vacations plans for a while longer, and when they finish their drinks they decide to head out of Timmy's and my apartment.

"So, how are you feeling? It's only two hours until the ceremonies." I ask, reminding him of the fact that we will have to head out soon.

"Nervous, but I think I have accepted my fate." He tells me.

I kiss him on the lips, before making him sit in my lap.

We make out for few minutes, before there's another knock on the door.

I sigh, annoyed about another interruption, but I stand up with Timmy in my arms, and I put him on the couch again, before going to the door.

As I open it, I'm greeted by Harvey, who's already dressed in his suit for the ceremony.

"You should get ready, we still have few last minute things to check on." He tells me, inviting himself into the apartment.

He greets Timmy, who looks a little shy.

He used to be shy all the time when he was younger, but since he got to know that he's my mate, he got a little better in that aspect.

Evwn through I do like him as he is, I do hope that he will change a little after the mating.

Omegas mated to the Alphas are supposed to be like a normal rank wolves in behaviour, while still keeping their Omega rank.

They usually gain a little of the Alpha abilities to help rule the pack, but since the Alpha and Omega mating doesn't happen a lot, because there are not many Omegas, there aren't much information about it, so we will have to wait and see how it will really affect him in our case.

"Alright, let's get ready." I say to Timmy, before taking his hand to help him up.
