Timmy's POV

I wake up to Carter stroking my head, which is lying on his chest.

I open my eyes to look at him, he's sitting against the headboard with Mason in his lap.

They both smile at me in to same time, and I can't help but giggle at how cute they look together.

I wonder if our little Mason is a human or a werewolf, his mother was a human, but she was she heading towards our pack.

So, either she knew that our pack was here, and she was trying to reach it, or was she just walking around the forest.

"Breakfast?" Carter asks me, and I nod my head in agreement, before sitting up on the bed.

I kiss his and Masons cheek, before getting out of bed, and going to the bathroom.

When I walk back into our bedroom, they're already gone, so I change my clothes quickly, and I go to the living room, to join Mason who's playing with his new toys.

I sit on the blanket, and he stands up before sitting on my lap, we play for a while until Carter comes into the living room, with a bowl full of crumbled eggs, bread, and three plates.

He sets it on the table, before portioning it for each of us, while I pick Mason up, and put him in his seat.

After all the food is done, Carter suggests that we go for the walk, since the one on my birthday, which was exactly a week ago was cut short.

"Are you hoping that we will find a kid again?" I ask him, while laugh.

"Actually, I hope we won't, Mason's great, but I don't want to have ten kids by the end of this month." He tells me, while I take his hand in mine.

He takes Mason, and he leads all three of us outside, towards the woods.

"Is it even safe to be out here." I ask, looking at him.

"We shouldn't get close to the border, because of the possibility of another attack, but we can go on a walk around the woods." He says, squeezing my hand reassuringly.

"And you have the most dangerous person in this pack, I'm quite capable of defending us, if there's an attack." He says, and I nod in agreement.

We walk around the woods, talking with each other, Mason falls asleep his arms a few minutes ago, and we decide to just let him sleep, even though he just woke up not even an hour ago.

Soon it's time to get back, and Carter tells me that his friends wanted to hang out with us in the backyard, so we go there right away.

When we reach the backyard, I'm surprised by completely different decorations that are hanging around the trees, white and purple colours, and on top of the stage hangs the huge happy birthday sign.

When all the people that are here notice us, they start to shout happy birthday.

I look up at Carter questioningly, and he hugs my side with one of his arms, before explaining.

"I had it planned for your birthday, but we missed it since we found Mason in the woods, so I decided to do it exactly a week later." He explains.

"Do you like it?" He asks.

"Of course, I do." I respond, before letting him take Mason, so I can go and greet everyone.
