Carter's POV

Timmy and I decided that it's a time to make Mason's room look better.

Right now it has grey walls, with black dresser, and a black crib, that I have borrowed the same day that we found him.

Currently we are walking up and down the millions of stairs, that lead from the ground floor up to the fourth floor of the pack house, where our apartment is.

We are carrying a lot of things as well, which doesn't make it easier at all.

We will keep the wall colour, but we will paint it again, since the pain that currently covers the wall remembers the time that I have occupied this room, and it isn't in the best condition.

And we didn't buy anything for the new kid, since we still don't know what gender it will be.

I would like to have a girl, but I wouldn't want her to feel left out when her younger brother will take the position of the Alpha instead of her, because of her gender.

So, because of that I think a boy will be better first.

And then preferably only daughters, if we end up having more kids.

"Do you want a boy, or a girl?" I ask Timmy.

He looks down at his quickly growing stomach, thinking about the answer.

He will be pregnant for only few months, four, and a half to be exact, since the kid has Alpha blood, which makes them grow faster, and Omega's pregnancy is shorter than girl's pregnancy.

An Omega that is pregnant with a normal ranked werewolf, would be pregnant for about seven months.

But since I have the Alpha blood, we will be welcoming this child a lot sooner.

"A boy." He says. "Hopefully only boys, or maybe one girl." He continues.

"And how many children do you plan to have?" I ask him.

"I think eight will be enough." He tells me, making me roll my eyes at him.

"Were not having eight kids." I say, daring the Moon Goddess to go against me.

"You never know." He says, smiling at me, and I just shake my head, already imagining what it would be like to have more than four children.

My mind soon changes the image to fifteen, and I quickly shake my head, not wanting to even imagine it.

"Whatever. Let's get this room painted." I say, when we set the last bags on the hallway floor.

We dress into more casual clothes, and I get the things ready, before we both start to paint a different wall.

We decide to do a competition, whoever finishes their wall last has to put Mason to bed, which became a really hard thing recently.

But maybe now, in this new room, that is made just for him, it will be easier.

An hour later, all four walls are painted, and Timmy won the competition, by cheating.

He throwed my brush out the window, and I had to go and take it back, before washing it to get rid of the dirt, and that gave him enough time to win.

"You know what? This room looks too grey now, we should have left two walls white." He says and I look around the room, and it really doesn't look with all the walls painted at the same colour.

"Yeah, let's paint two walls with a white paint." I say, nodding in agreement.
