Y/N POV.

~~~~~~~~
"Wake up."
I groaned and sat up as Horror shook me. "What?"
"You have training." He said with a grin.
"I always have training." I muttered.
"So?"
I rolled my eyes and got out of bed. "Let me get changed."
"K."
I waited for him to leave.
...
...
...
"You gonna leave?" I asked.
"No? Why should I?" He raised a bony eyebrow.
"So I can get changed...?"
"Why do you need me to leave for that?"
I stared at him.
"What?" He looked at me quizzically.
"Go." I growled.
"Ok, ok, fine." He smirked. "I'm just teasing you. No need to get all worked up 'bout it." He snapped his fingers and teleported away.
"Idiot." I muttered as I went to pick out some clothes. "They're all just a bunch of idiots, honestly."
As I got changed, my mind drifted to what had happened last night at dinner.
~~~~~~~~

"Y'all wanna know how stupid Cross can be sometimes?" Killer snickered.

"I'm not stupid." Cross growled. "It was an accident."

"What'd he do?" Error rolled his eyes like he had experienced this before.

Killer giggled. "So, during Y/N's training earlier, Cross had joined in, like usual, and..." He grinned. "You know those racks we have in the training arena that are used for weapons and whatnot?"

"Yeah?" Horror leaned forward, clearly intrigued.

"Well, Y/N had run over to one of them to grab something, and Cross started to chase her, and-" He paused and laughed. "Y/N turned and tripped him, and then he some got his head stuck in the bars!" Killer burst out laughing. "We spent the next twenty minutes trying to get him out! And then he realized he could've just teleported out." He punched Cross' shoulder. "He's the biggest idiot I've ever seen."

"You're all idiots." Error muttered. "I don't even know why I work with you guys."

"What was that, glitchy?" Killer growled.

"D0n't caLl m^e gl1tcHy!" Error snarled, his voice growing glitchier.

"Say that again? I couldn't quite hear you." Killer grinned smugly. "I think your vocal cords are bugged."

"TH4T's N0T FUn^NY!" Blue strings came out of Error's eye sockets and connected to his fingertips. "I- I CA-CAn'T H3L-HElP IT."

"Heheh, yeah, show him, Error" Horror laughed.

"Whose side are you on, ya moron?" Killer growled as he became entangled in blue strings. He looked at Cross. "A little help here?"

"I'd rather watch, thanks." Cross smirked.

Killer struggled to untangle himself, and Error tightened the strings.

"Ta^Ke iT bAck." Error growled.

"Nah." Killer chuckled.

The strings tightened. "I'm n0t l3ttIng y0U gO unTill Y0u dO."

"Then we're gonna be here for a while."

"Alright, enough." Nightmare cut the strings with his tendril and Killer fell to the floor. "All of you are acting like idiots."

~~~~~~~~
"Ready?" Killer smirked as I entered the training arena.
"Yeah, sure." I muttered, not very enthusiastic about training.
Killer threw me a bone and we began to fight. He charged at me immediately and I sidestepped, kicking my foot against the back of his knee. He stumbled but didn't fall. I let out an irritated sigh as he ran at me again. I grabbed his arm and picked him up, slamming him into the ground.
"You don't seem very excited." Killer observed as I planted a foot on his ribcage.
"I'm just not in the mood for this today." I mumbled.
"Why not?" He tilted his head at me as I let him stand.
"I train every day and for what?" I crossed my arms. "I don't want to be here. I never asked for any of this. I was a prisoner and now I'm one of you guys. I just wanna go... Home."
"No, you wanna go back to Dust." He poked me.
"I just don't wanna be here."
"Wel, I don't make the rules, pal. If you wanna leave, go talk to Nightmare 'bout it. 'Cause there's nothing I can do."
I sighed and sat down on the floor. "What was it like when Dust was with you guys?"
"Well, for one thing, it was a lot more... Lively." He chuckled. "Dust was always making stupid jokes or pranking us. He said he hated us, but I felt like that wasn't true. And you should see when he gets drunk. It's pretty funny. He was like the comedian out of all of us. I guess it's because he's the only one out of all of us that's the most... Sans-like. Sure, he's a genocidal murderer, and a little insane too, but... Deep down, he's still Sans. There's no doubt about that. Every now and then, he would... Break down, I guess. I'm not the greatest when it comes to comfort, but I tried to be there for him when he had those moments. I could see the look in his eyes. The grief for his brother, for all of his friends... Despite the insane, psychopathic killer shell, he's still the same old comedic skeleton he used to be."
I pulled my knees up to my chest but didn't say anything.
"Truthfully, I think Nightmare should send you back." He went on. "I care about Dust. He was like a brother when he was with us. He's lucky to have someone like you. I can only imagine how he's holding up with you here, with no idea what's going on."
I nodded.
"Do you miss him?" He asked.
I nodded.
"Do you care about him?"
I nodded.
He chuckled. "I'm glad you do."
I laid down on my back. "I hope he's ok."
"I'm sure he is physically." He said. "But... Mentally? Well, you've met him. He's not the most mentally stable."
I sighed and closed my eyes.
"C'mon." He nudged me. "Let's just finish training."
I sat up. "Fine."
A/N: Yay, new chapter. I almost didn't publish this today tbh. I didn't have much motivation earlier. But I forced myself to start writing :D. This took longer than I thought because I kept getting distracted with the music I was listening to. I can't write when listening to music with lyrics. I just start typing the lyrics instead of what I'm trying to write and then I forget what I was writing lmao. Next chapter should be... Exciting. >:) Bye bye.
