After their rather lengthy discussion, Kalani and her parents make a quick stop to their house where she managed to pack as much clothes as he bags could possibly fit.
And while Andrea and Lewis were relieved that the weight of keeping her true heritage a secret for so long was finally lifted, they knew that Kalani would have more questions that they couldn't even answer.
But there was still a solemn feel to the makeshift family as the girl that they'd slowly came to recognize as their daughter regardless of her true parentage.
Her room was almost completely emptied out for the most part, the only thing that was left were a few pieces of clothing that shed decided to leave, her bed which was stripped of its sheets and the desk that she'd kept for many years.
"I still can't believe this is actually happening." Andrea muttered as they loaded Kalani's things into the car and closed to trunk with a loud slam.
"I never thought that there'd come a day where a fairy from the magic dimension would land on earth and tell her the truth before we could." Lewis sighed as they got in the car.
The drive back to Bloom's place was filled with laughter as they recalled the fond memories that they shared as Kalani grew up. But it was short-lived as there wasn't all that much distance between the two houses.
It didn't take very long to unload Kalani's bags and set them on the concrete ground before Kalani attached two of her bags to her suitcase and carried her other bag in her free hand.
When they opened the door and crossed the threshold, they realized just how bad the damage to the house was. The walls seemed to be on the verge of crumbling as the walls had a ton of cracks running along them.
The floor was filled with craters from multiple of the ghouls being slammed and thrown around. And standing at the end of the stairs was Bloom who held her bag that she was taking with her to Alfea.
And Kalani couldn't help but stare at the single bag in bewilderment. She knew that Bloom owned way more clothes than that. So, what made her pack a single bag was beyond the comprehension of her own mind.
The fairy of the sun and moon soon followed behind Bloom and observed the damage but shrugged as she offered a solution "You know, it would be easy for me to straighten up everything with a little bit of magic." But Mike was much more than apprehensive at the idea of more magic.
"Oh no. I'll stick with a broom. thank you very much." He sighed as he swept another pile of rubble. "Bloom's ready" Vanessa said as she gently placed a hand on the small of her daughter's back.
"Are you sure about this?" Mike asked his daughter who only nodded he head in reassurance as she was already fully sure of her decision. "Yes dad. I'm going with Stella to the realm of magix and Alfea castle."
"Ok. Call us as soon as you get there. And let us know everything. I still can't believe we agreed to this. What made you two agree to this?!" Mike began to spiral as he dragged the other two parents into the ordeal.
"It's a really long story. I'll explain more when we get back." Lewis responded as he pressed a chaste kiss to Kalani's temple "I'm gonna miss you like crazy my little curly fry." he smiled as he watched her face scrunch up at the mention of her childhood nickname.
"I'm gonna miss you too." As her eyes began to flood with water threatening to spill. "Now you have to promise me and Lewis that you'll call whenever you can, tell us when you get sick so I can have you father make some soups. Tell us if you come across those monsters again and we'll be there."
"And make sure you stay away from boys! You can be fifty and I'll still be yelling 'no boys.'" And while she knew that he was joking, there was also the chance that he wasn't as the last boy that she brought to meet him decided that he was way to intimidating and ran out as soon as he'd left the room.
