(I FOUND THE BEST FUYUHIKO FANART THERE IS)
"For skinny people," Byakuya began, huffing as he stood in front of the statue in Jabberwock Park. "You're awfully slow."
You sighed, making your way into the park with everyone else, stopping and crossing your arms beside the bushes on either side of the pathway.
Sonia clasped her hands together with a hesitant breath. "It seems, you are just too fast for us."
"J-jeez..." Kazuichi huffed, pressing a palm to his forehead. "I never expected a fatso like him to move so fast..."
You shook your head. You wanted to get out of here as soon as possible, and get this done and over with. "Okay, what's the point here?" You roughly asked your new assumed group leader. "What was it that was supposed to be in his park?"
Byakuya crossed his arms. "Hmph... If you haven't noticed it yet... Then I was right to dismiss you all as idiots."
He gestured to a large black sphere with a red eye that was identical to Monokuma's.
Days --- 21 --- Left
And below those words, a timer was seen counting down rather rapidly.
Hajime stepped forward, scratching the back of his neck. "It looks like a clock, but... something seems off..."
"It's counting down, idiot," you cut in, shaking your head. "It's not a clock. It's a timer."
"Was this here when we came last time?" Mahiru asked, staring at the timer with wide eyes.
Nekomaru grumbled. "No... I'm pretty sure it wasn't."
Byakuya leaned against the trunk of the closest tree. "I found it this morning, when I was exploring the island one more time. It is unknown when it was actually placed here."
"Monokuma must've placed this object," Peko observed, clenching her fist.
Well, no shit. Who else would've put a giant, Monokuma-style, timer ontop of a statue?
Hajime glanced at the timer again with a heavy breath. "...What does this countdown even mean?"
"Hm... I have no clue.," Ibuki stated, scratching her head.
"Mhmhmmm.... Once again," Teruteru began, "something has appeared that I don't understand. But it's got nothing to do with me. Because I refuse to believe this is happening."
You shook your head, grasping your injured arm as a slight ache set in. "Not surprised..." You mumbled.
"Could it be? It better not be a bomb!" Nekomaru exclaimed.
Kazuichi's eyes grew wide and he stepped further back, stopping when his back hit a tree. "A b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-bommmmmmmmmmb!?"
You scoffed. Idiots. "Guys, if they wanted to blow up the island, it would have been blown up already."
Byakuya nodded. "I agree with the imbecile. There's no need for a countdown..."
"Then.. What are they counting down?" Mikan quietly inquired, looking down at her feet.
Akane shrugged. "It's a mystery."
Suddenly a familiar voice rang out. "A mysterious mystery, isn't it?"
Everyone swiveled around, most of them shrieking out when they saw Monomi.
"P-Plush Toy?" You asked, staring at the rabbit with wide eyes.
She sighed. "Somehow, I actually missed that nickname for a bit."
Mahiru's hands were slightly shaking. "Wh-why are you here!?""I heard everyone talking while I was patrolling, so I came over..." Monomi explained.
