Unexpected

Author's Note

Hey friends! I'm trying something new. In the past, with my previous two stories, I always wrote them out, typed and edited, and then published them as a completed story. But I want to do it differently this time on many different levels. Firstly, I'm going to write on Wattpad as I go creating the story, so I might very well go back and change things, if needed, in chapters I already posted as the story progresses. I won't be able to promise a regularly scheduled update/chapter edition as I have family responsibilities and a life that keeps me pretty busy. But this is a hobby that I love, so I do not see myself abandoning it for too long.

 Secondly, I always have been a music fan in all different genres, so I thought it would be fun to use Wattpads ability to attach music videos that would kind of go along with what is happening in that chapter (will have to see if this is a fun success or an epic fail). So, be prepared for Oldies, Country, Rock/Pop, Rap, and even Christian music. Variety is the spice of life, right? If anyone thinks of a song that would fit better or would like to be possibly added, I am very open to that! I'm sure it will get harder and harder to find a good fit as the story goes along. 

Thirdly, this will be a slightly less Christianized story from me, and I am torn about that. I love a good CLEAN romance, and this will continue in that same way. I've always had those steamy moments between my characters, but I prefer not to get too detailed in the physical. So, sorry for those looking for a '50 Shades of Grey' or an 'After' series kind of romance, you will be disappointed. But I do promise butterflies in your stomach kisses and moments of tension that have you rooting for more! When I started writing, I wanted to use it as an outlet for spreading the good news, hence my first two stories. I do plan to write more in that form again, but I know not every story I read or enjoy is strictly religious. It is my personal conviction that God will not hate me for this. I want to write about characters that are real. Most of us do not have it all together (how about all of us). We cuss, say, and do things that are not righteous by a long shot. So be prepared for my characters to do the same. You can't have a bad boy who won't say the F bomb some, drink, or live in a promiscuous way. The beauty is in how we are all different, but need to be loved, and how that love changes us. Judgment is not my place. My duty is to love, shine the light, and let God do what only He can do. 

There. I've said my piece. I respect if you do not agree and choose not to read another page of this story. I love you anyway! As I am relatively new to Wattpad, I don't have many followers and will enjoy replying to you. Maybe one day that won't be possible due to the quantity of them, but that is definitely not how it is right now, lol. (#Goals).
