Y/n L/n was an average ordinary guy in highschool, like most people he had few friends but that didn't bring him down as he'd rather have few friends who deeply care about him than many friends who don't, he has a loving father who deeply loves him...
It's lunch time now as we're all sitting together discussing with each other when Petra brings something up.
Petra:Okay so topic of discussion is Spider-Man's new suit.
MJ:absolutely hot, I dig it.
Gwen:It looks nice, I really like the colors and the look.
Harry:It's a sweet upgrade, not too over designed and not too simplistic.
I simply look to them as they talk about my suit and think back to when I made it, it's been a week since I beat Electro and made my new suit. My Spider-Sense begins to act up as I look to a certain direction and feel my sense get stronger.
Meanwhile over to where Y/n feels his Spider-Sense warn him we see the front entrance of Ryker's as the gate opens with someone walking out, a Spider crawls on the floor as the man walks closer and when he does he steps on the Spider killing it. The camera pans up as it reveals the man to be Mac Gargan holding a duffle bag as it seems that he's being released.

Mac Gargan looks ahead as he smirks over his release, not out of his sentence being done but due to him being bought out by an unknown party, a limousine pulls up into the parking lot as one of it's windows are lowered down a man sticks out his hand signaling for Mac to enter, Mac walks up to the limousine opening the door and entering.
As he takes a seat he looks to the man who's face is blocked by a shadow.
Mac:So you're the one who broke me out, why?
???:I started a program, one that'll turn you from the average man into a super soldier capable of immense feats.
Mac:Enough to go against Spider-Man?
???:Ah yes your file said something about Spider-Man being the one to catch you, well with this program you'll be able to go toe to toe against him.
Mac:How do we start?
Back with Y/n it's the end of the school day as he and Gwen walk to together.
Gwen:You gonna go out on patrol?
Y/n:Yeah, I'll see you later tonight alright.
Gwen:Yeah be careful okay.
Y/n:I will, I love you.
Gwen:I love you too.
She leans in kissing Y/n on lips before separating as she enters her Dad's car, Y/n walks away as he heads into an alleyway before getting undressed revealing his suit under his clothes, putting his clothes away he then swings into action patrolling the city as he feels the wind against him.
Spidey swings through the city as people look to him with hope, a hot dog vendor notices him and holds out a hot dog as Spidey swings close to the ground taking the hot dog before webbing some money to the vendor's chest.
After eating the hot dog Spidey notices a girl nearby crying so he lands next to her gaining her attention.
Spider-Man:Hey what's wrong?
Little girl:Spider-Man, my cat got out and she's stuck on the tree, I can't reach her.
Spider-Man:Well don't worry I'll get her down.
Spidey turns around to the tree seeing the cat as she's on top, Spidey simply climbs up the tree and grabs the cat bringing it back down to the girl.
Spider-Man:Here you go Miss, try not to lose her again okay.
Little Girl:I'll do my best not to Spider-Man.
Spider-Man ruffles the little girl's hair before swinging away into the city to help as many more people as he can.
Meanwhile with Mac Gargan he enters a lab looking around as he sees what looks to be scientists working on a serum, a voice on the other side of the glass gains his attention.
???:Alright Gargan, that serum there is what'll give you your abilities.
Mac:And how exactly did you do this?
???:We used the DNA structure of a Scorpion to make the serum, fitting no? A Scorpion is the natural enemy of a Spider.
Mac walks up to the serum as the scientists leave the room just in case of any accidents, grabbing the serum he takes a deep breath before downing the serum. Many of the scientists look to him trying to analyze any changes but nothing happens to Mac as he looks confused before looking to the glass.
Mac:I don't feel any different.
A giant concrete wall pops out from the floor as Mac looks to it confused.
???:Punch it.
Mac looks to the wall confused before following through punching the wall completely breaking a hole through it knocking it over, Mac looks to fist and smirks at his new found strength before looking to the window.
???:Now let's get you a suit.
Mac smirks as he's closer to his goal of taking down Spider-Man, meanwhile back with Y/n we see as he swings onto the roof of a house now out of his suit, he knocks on the window gaining the attention of the person inside as they open it to reveal Gwen, she smiles moving to the side allowing Y/n inside as the two share a kiss before laying in bed together cuddling with each other.
Gwen:I love this, I love every moment I spend with you.
Gwen looks to Y/n seeing a troubled look on his face and asks him what's wrong.
Gwen:Hey you look troubled, what's wrong?
Y/n:I don't know something just feels off, earlier my Spider-Sense went off but I couldn't exactly tell why it did.
Gwen:You think it's something bad?
Y/n:Maybe, I just get the feeling that something big is coming.
The mysterious man looks as Mac exits the lab and follows him into another room, Mac looks ahead seeing suit and grins walking up to it before putting it on, the man looks at him as he finishes putting on the suit and puts on the helmet turning around and revealing how looks, the Scorpion has been born.
