Fluff Prompts; ' What are you doing?. I was trying to make pancakes but it didn't exactly work ' & ' Not to be drastic but I would jump off a cliff for you .'

The morning sun coming through the blinds woke (M/n) up, frowning as he sat on the bed, rubbing his eyes and stretching with a yawn.

For an instant, he panicked, thinking that he was late for work, but then he realized that it was his day off. His and his boyfriend/husband's day off work.

Glancing over his shoulder, he saw Tenya, laying face down on the bed, his lips slightly opened and his breath steady. Somehow, he learned to lose that stiff way he used to sleep, now he was able to sleep in more usual ways.

And today, on their day off, it was their anniversary, and (M/n), like a good partner wanted to do something for his significant other, so he got up from the bed and headed to the bathroom to wash his face and do his necessities before washing his hands and walking to the kitchen.

He started making the pancake batter following a recipe on his phone, however, (M/n) wasn't much of a cook, he was usually the one who ate with a happy expression on his face, but now he was gonna do something nice, of course, trying to prevent setting the kitchen on fire.

Whether baking pancakes worked or not... was questionable. Most of them were burnt and others were too thick so they were a little gooey, the first few he baked were kinda bland in taste, so he added just a little bit more sugar, now they were too sweet and it was nauseating to him.

So yeah, baking pancakes didn't turn out as expected.

And letting a sigh in defeat, too focused on the mess he was gonna have to clean, he never realized nor hear the steps walking into the kitchen from behind him, until he felt Tenya's arms wrapping around his middle, "What are you doing?" He asked in a raspy voice since he just barely woke up.

(M/n) lifted his hand and held his hair back and away from his forehead.

"I was trying to make pancakes but it didn't exactly work," Tenya had to hold back a laugh at (M/n)'s words, he had a slight pout too and Tenya could see it, even if it was just a little bit.

"You want me to help you clean this mess and maybe we can cook something else together?" Reluctantly, (M/n) started picking up everything dirty with pancake batter and he put it in the sink.

"I'm making you help me even tho I wanted to make some nice for you... since you're always doing a lot for me..." He mumbled while grabbing the dish soap and the sponge, getting ready to wash the dishes.

Tenya started getting clean things to start getting things ready to cook, mindlessly commenting on what (M/n) said, "You don't need to do anything for me, honey, having you with me and loving me is more than I could ever ask for."

The sincerity in his words made (M/n) stop scrubbing on the burnt batter stuck to the pan, turning his head to look at Tenya, "Not to be drastic but I would jump off a cliff for you," with a surprised look, Tenya glanced back at (M/n), who leaned closer and kissed him, "I'll love you until the day I die, Tenya."
