princess of nothing

I am but stardust
The infinite space between the stars
And I've come to love these scars
That mark my ivory skin
Call it a sin,
Call it whatever you like,
But I love myself,
Now, till the end of time

You say trust is a lie
And hope is a hole that stole my soul
But I don't think you understand
The depth at which I am

I am naught but stardust,
Princess of nothing,
And I live amongst the stars
You know you can mend my broken parts
Like this, just take my hand, you like this?

We are nothing if not the voids
That lurk between worlds
And we are nothing if not the noise
Of hearts breaking upon swords

You can mend my broken heart
Just like this
And you can seal up these shattered parts
All like this, like this ....

I am naught but stardust
I'm a princess of nothing
And I live amongst the stars
Just like this, like this
My skin's covered with these scars
But I don't care, I like these
They can point and stare
But in the end, I do not care

For I am stardust,
Princess of nothing
And I want only your hand
Your hand in mine
Just like the Fates said
It's not all in my head
I swear, it's not all in my head

We are but stardust
Lurking within the voids
Between worlds that we cannot see
You and me, together,
We shall live in eternity
