Bam! Bam! Came the sound from the door.

“Who’s it” I yelled, getting up from the place I was seated.

“It’s Annabelle”

“Come…” before I could complete my sentence, Anna was already in, her hair knotted in a dough. Even if it was still so early in the morning, she looked amazing and I couldn’t help but admire her beauty.

“Oii”

“When did you start speaking Japanese?” I asked. Oii was actually hey in Japanese.

“Since forever… uh… I learnt Japanese”

“I’ll agree with that even if I know very well that it’s a lie”

“Anyways, forget about that. I actually came to give you something.” I looked at the two big nylon bags she had on both her hands.

“Come over” she lazily walked to where I was and sat on the bed, she gave it to me and I had the urge to peek.

“Open it” Anna said excitedly.

I started removing the items in the bag. My intuition was right, the bag was filled with what every girl would desire, clothes, undies, make-up etc.

“Uhhh… why did you get all this for me?” I asked Anna, a little bit unsure that she was the one.

“My brother actually asked me to”

“Roux?” I asked surprised, I didn’t ever imagine he was going to get me something.

“I know you’re surprised. My brother actually has a soft spot for you but his dummy brain won’t realize it. Boys are really stupid” She explained, I couldn’t help myself but smile.

“I’m sure you feel the same way too” she said out of nowhere.

That was really embarrassing and I couldn’t help the blush that was already forming on my cheeks.

“Uhh… umm… it’s not… uh What you think… I actually… umm… we’re… “

“Stop it Maya, you’re embarrassing yourself. I know you’ll realize it soon enough. You guys are mates after all”

I just stared at Anna, my chest rising and falling almost too loud for me to take

“I’ll be right back” I said to Anna, running to the toilet.

“I’m going Maya, see you around” she yelled before she left the room and I came out from the toilet immediately gasping for breath before I collapsed myself on the bed.

“Maya” someone said rhythmically before I hear the door sound.

“Maya” I recognized the voice as Axina’s.

“Axina” I said muffled, my voice obstructed from the pillow that was pressed upon my head.

“Oh my, who got you all of this” Axina said excitedly, I stood from my bed immediately.

“I’ll be right back” Axina stopped me midway, both her hands on my shoulders, we were both standing face to face.

“Huh… Maya?” She said excitedly

“Uhh… what?” I asked.

“You’re blushing”

“And no I’m not” I said embarrassed. I removed Axina’s hands from my shoulders, running from the room immediately.
