Have you heard the phrase 'A Leopard Can't Change Its Spots?' What do you think that means?
The obvious reason is it can't change, but maybe if you think of it deeper it means we all have our secrets, and we all have the parts we hate about ourselves and love. But we want to change. We want things to be different and we don't want things to happen or we want to forget parts of our past. So we still try and change it. We cover it up with makeup or alcohol. But we can never, ever change what we have done or who we are. If we did, the world would be nothing but a lie.

"Does she really have to be in here?" Alice glared at Hazil.
"Just get on with it." Thomas scolded harshly.
I glared at him but he didn't make eye contact.
Something was going on.
"What's happened Alice?" I asked.
"Well, I've been away for a while." She looked at Thomas "when I came back, my parents went mental at me. They kept saying 'SHE WAS YOUR BEST FRIEND!' It was all about you, Y/N. But they did love you, lets be honest here. But long story short I got fed up and left. And I'm not going back."
"Why were you arguing with them though? How am I involved in this?" I asked.
"This is so good." Hazil laughed.
"Hazil!" Thomas frowned, still not looking at me "Alice, I think its best you leave."
"Thomas! No! I need to help her." I replied.
"But she left you when you made your mistake!" He replied.
"Thomas, we can talk about that later, okay?"
"Why can't she just leave!" Thomas was getting agitated, but he finally looked me in the eye.
"What's wrong?" I whispered.
"Its nothing." He looked at the floor again.
"Then shut up!" I barked. "Alice, carry on."

"Well, they thought I was still dating Luke-you remember Luke, don't you? You know, the one you kissed?" She glared at me, but i didn't reply "anyway, because I left pretty soon after I saw you at that shop, remember?" She asked.
"How can I forget?" I couldn't. She told me she never wanted to see me again, but she's in my living room?
"So when I came home I told them he had cheated." She was emotionless.
"Alice!" Thomas glared at her.
"Shut up." I said sharply.
"So then they went mad at me, and said 'SHE DIDNT MEAN TO!' And all that. But, we all know that's not true-"
"Alice, don't start. Your in my home." I became sharp and nasty with my words.

"Please can I film this?" Hazil asked, laughing.
"HAZIL!" I screamed, I was so annoyed that this girl was being so immature and selfish about somethig so serious "what is your problem? You and Thomas are acting weird?"
Then it hit me.

And my heart shattered.

"Can I tell her?" Hazil laughed.
"Shut up Hazil." Thomas didn't look at me.
"Or should I, Thomas?" Alice asked.
"Right, can someone tell me what the hell is going on!" I wanted to know, I needed to know. But I had already guessed.

"Well-" Alice began to tell me but was interrupted by Thomas.

"ILL TELL HER! Y/N," he calmed down and cupped my hands in his "before I met you, before I was even casted as Newt. I dated Alice for a little while, just a little bit. Then I met Isabelle. Our relationship didn't work, because she just became so clingy and needy I think it was right after everything with you and the cheating and she needed someone to hold her. She I to dated her once, I'm sorry."
