I stood along side of my long white mirror and followed the bump with my hand.
It was now obvious that I was pregnant so I made sure I wore very baggy tops or just not go out.
Yes, I still haven't told Thomas.
I am now 5 months gone and Thomas will be coming home in about 10 weeks.
When I went to the hospital at about 3 months I asked about an abortion.
There was a moment when I had to make a decision.
I looked at my stomach and couldn't face killing something I had made.
Hazil now knew but had promised to wait till I told Thomas.
And today was the day.
"Okay buddy. I'm going to tell daddy about you today." I spoke to my tummy "lets just hope he takes it well."
I grabbed my phone and dialled his number.
I smiled at my bump and walked away from the mirror.
Thomas answered within seconds;
"Y/N! GOODMORNING!" He screamed even though it was about 5 o'clock in the afternoon there.
"Evening Tommy!" I said over my heart beat which was deafening.
"Something wrong?" He asked.
"No, nothing." My voice shook.
"Y/N, what's happened?" The phone call became tense and I knew it was now or never.
I sighed "okay, Thomas don't freak out."
"I won't! Don't worry!" He laughed. "But, be quick, we are about to go under a tunnel and I think I'm about to lose connection it keeps crackling on my end."
"THOMAS! WHOS THAT!" I heard Dylan shout from the background.
"Its Y/N!" Thomas shouted.
"Hi Y/N! How...you?" My called crackled.
I needed to say this.
"I'm good thank you, Dylan! And you?" I asked.
"I'm good thank you, Dylan! And you?"
"Oh, heard that! Good....you!"
"Thomas, its crackling!" I said wanting to speak to Thomas.
"Sorry, quick, what did you need to... Me. I................. And then..... But Kaya...... So then I said......"
"Thomas! I can't hear you!"
"What? Y/N, can I phone you..... We are about to go in the tunnel!"
"NO! Thomas I need to tell you something!"
"What? Y/N......... Sorry!"
"NO! THOMAS WAIT!"
"Y/N! I can't hear you?"
"THOMAS!"
"....."
"THOMAS!"
"Y/N?"
I breathed and then it came out
"THOMAS IM PREGNANT!"
"WHAT!"
Then the call cut out.
