Y/n walked up to the hallways to open the door for Opposite but only after taking their sweet time. Walking to the kitchen and bathroom back and forth, doing some stretching.
He being impatient began knocking louder for them to hurry up.
"Neighbor open the the door, I know you are awake."
"Dude what do you want? It's so early-"
Y/n eventually greeted, leaning against the doorframe still dressed in a pyjama, they looked like they just stepped out of bed.
Opposite looked to be in a internal struggle, as if he had to refrain himself for snapping their neck.
"It's already 3 pm, you are so lazy!" He reprimanded before looking at the ground a bit more shy. "Which is why I came to get you to do something more active with me."
"Ehh not really feeling it." They yawned, shaking their head. "I rather say inside."
The yellow puppet looked upset, he turn around to stomp off feeling rejected. The human quickly snatched him by his tie, pulling him back.
"We can spend time together you idiot, just cause I don't wanna go outside doesn't mean you can't come inside."
"H-Hey what are you doing? Let me go!"
Opposite felt his face heat up as he got pulled towards Y/n who playfully put their face closer to his.
They smirked at him, before firmly dragging him inside leading him upstairs. He started panicking a bit, realizing the two where heading towards the bedroom.
"Let's huddle up together on my bed and watch a movie, I don't wanna sit in the living room." They looked at him. "Or are you to shy, is it too embarrassing for you~"
"Oh please neighbor! Why would something like this bother me." He tried to normal, suppressing a blush. "Let's just watch a stupid movie and get this over with."
Hehe you always found it a amusing to tease him.
Meanwhile Original was heading for Y/n house, the two had been talking on the phone the night before sharing gossip.
It had been so delightful, his darling knew how to engage him with their words and laughter.
He had figured they would start the day much later, to catch some of that missed sleep. Therefore he would visit on in the day.
The yellow puppet gently knocked on the door, quickly checking if his hair was looking presentable in the mirror reflection.
Instead of the human greeting him it was the other yellow puppet, the knock off version of him that intruded in his neighborhood.
"What are you doing here..." The two simultaneously said, glaring at eachother.
The aura around the two seemed to get darker as seconds went by. Both of their faces covered in a dark shadow.
Suddenly Original chuckled, looking at the unusual outfit of Opposite. Even if they where different they did share a sense in style, what the other was wearing now was a unique sight to see.
Of course he would point it out to make fun of him.
"What are you even wearing?"
"Neighbor lend me some clothes, don't you dare laugh at me!"
Opposite growled, angrily crossing his arms. He was currently wearing sweatpants with images of Lilo and Stitch on it and a oversized shirt with a dumb text printed on 'if stupid could fly you'd be a jet'.
"I could never~ But hey it looks just right on you."
"Youtakethatbackrightnow!"
"Sup, I heard shouting. Are you two fighting again?"
Y/n joined in, wondering what took Opposite so long. When they saw Original they flashed him charming smile.
"Hey~ Hope I didn't keep you up to late last night."
"I'll never get tired of hearing your voice, you can call any time of the day."
Original took this chance to step inside, taking Y/n's hand and placing a kiss on it as a greeting. It left them flustered just what he wanted.
"But darling mind explaining to me why you let this buffoon in your house?" He asked, giving a look of repulsion to his counter part.
"Neighbor I insist you kick him out! WE are already good on our own."
"Aww but wouldn't it be more fun with the three of us!"
Original tugged on the fabric of his assigned clothes, Y/n had given him too something else to change in.
He had gotten spare pyjama pants that where kinda too big for him, dragging on the floor. But also a sweater with images of Lilo and Stitch on it, it was a matching piece of the pants Opposite was wearing.
The two puppets didn't like that they where matching but the human insisted it looked adorable and secretly took pictures.
Y/n sat in the middle on their bed, Original on their right with a arm around their shoulder and Opposite on their left linking his arm with theirs.
Unbeknownst to you both men stared daggers at eachother when you looked away.
In the end they watched a Bob Ross tutorial on youtube, Orginal and Opposite where staring at the screen in fascination while Y/n was snoring in their arms.
There was peace for now but soon the two would continue the a battle to win as much of their neighbors/darlings affection.
