I haven't written in a while, trying to get back into it. So for now take this.

"Please don't lock me out again, please don't slam the door. We don't have to feel this feeling anymore-"
"If you don't stop in three seconds I will call the security team to forcefully drag your ass into a cell where you can think about your actions."
Rainbow spared a moment of his time to glare in Y/n's direction who was singing lyrics from one of those kids movies Ophelia used to watch.
He regretted allowing them to watch Disney+ on his tablet a few days ago.
They had just been on his nerves that time at a very busy hour so he resorted to giving them the device so he could work in peace for a little bit. It used to work wonders on getting his kid quiet and it did the same for them... and both where just as annoying in wanting more unhealthy screen time.
They groaned, from the other side of the door they where locked in. A side room in his office.
Even if the two couldn't see eachother they could hear eachother plenty.
"I don't wanna be locked up here... you can't keep me here forever. I handed in my resignation already."
"That resignation is denied. I'm still your boss, you do as I order, so stop whining."
They kicked their feet against the door, out of frustration and disbelief a person could be this detachment from reality.
After they found out about the horrors and deaths that accompanied this factory they immediately went to resign but their acces to freedom was stripped away as they had already seen to much.
"At least give something to do."
"I gave you a pile of documents to read through and analyze. There is always work to do around here."
They made a gagging noise, very unprofessional behavior in his view but he always had been more lenient with them so he let it slide.
He knew there where perfectly capable of delivering well written and detailed essays and documents but they simply refused to work now they knew of the darker truths here.
Just as he was about to continue working he heard nails cratching on chalkboard from the other room.
With a angry stride he marched over nearly ripping the door out of it's hinges. Menacingly looking down at his former assistant.
"What was not clear about my instruction to be still and obedient."
"Your NOT my boss anymore, once I get out of here I'll call the police on you and this messed up organization." They bluntly replied
This time instead of getting more angry he let out a chuckle. One of cruel amusement.
"Trust me, you'll be spending a long looonnnggg time here, and the police certainly won't be coming to your aid." He said firmly, leaving no room for protest.
He held up a familiar device in front of them.
"Accept the situation. And if you want more screen time you know what to do."
"... I'm sorry."
"Sorry what? I didn't hear you correctly. Don't mumble and speak up so I can hear you."
Y/n grimaced at his threats feeling themselves getting red from humiliation and frustration. They gave in but it only fueled their growing resentment of him.
