Wecker city is massive, and much larger than Capordio City. It is made up of eight districts set up in the outskirts of the main city; they're called "Cidis" for short. Each one is the size of a large state, and the center is about three and a half large. This city has everything, eleven train stations, six airports, and is technically the accumulation of nine major cities. Four mountains provide a long winter on the north-east. The ocean touches straight down all the way from the east to the south-west. In the West is a sandscape where not much grows, then it turns into luscious fields of grass the rest of the way. Skyscrapers are everywhere, carrier systems on the sides of buildings too for transporting people around. Several of the lower buildings have them too because it's so busy here. I think they advertise four universities on the watch panels. As if they needed any more bodies here, this is a perfect place for mass destruction. The bus systems are all coded and they do levitate off the ground. A revolt on taxes for materials to produce tire rubber got production cut off. We still have cars where I'm from but in comparison my area is considered low income. Wecker is also the only place that uses the substance that assists hovering. Since it's made here then they monopolized it but also dictated that it stayed within the city range. You have to move here to have the capabilities and technology. Another marketing ploy to get you on board with whatever they can control you with. I'm not sure if the government is really behind a whole lot these days anymore. Considering what's going on and how the government turned out to be aiding the villains. It reminds me of Westavul, a celebrated lifestyle and vibrant moods, minus the broom lanes. Something that also seems interesting is that they set up the city to look like they were celebrating. This would draw in the numbers they need or make people not feel like it's so serious. A great deception to everyone, but it works for them.

Finding my next place to stay under cover there was a building that sat right up on the people that were still entering the cidi. Again, I went from one place to the next and was gradually moving closer. Each location I went to helped me scope out if any villains were here yet too. I didn't see any at all, they must all be in the central part. Teleporting so much got boring fast; I wanted something different so I stopped at what might be an apartment building. The idea of walking amongst the crowd sounded stupid but I couldn't help it. Another part of me was curious what they all thought was going on aside from the Presidential Address. Putting a lot of magic into hiding my identity and cloaking myself and creating shields I looked how I felt. Not myself, and it still felt right, my hair was black, and my skin pale, my clothes were a band T-shirt and jeans. Even my shoes looked like they went with the T-shirt, I sensed if anyone was in the lobby. When I felt no one, I zipped through the building and landing on the tile floor, carefully walking up to the main door. Standing there for a second to see if my look worked nobody came after me or pointed. Heading down the steps I warily joined the crowd as they made their way to the entrance of the central zone. I wore a drawn face so nobody would really care to talk to me. Things were very interesting so far, a group of college kids talking about their afterparty. Two girls talking about boys, a family trying to keep together; things that are maybe normal. A couple finally came through and were speaking about the heroes, "they abandoned us, but the president came through". Things they want to think and believe so I let it be, another mentioned how much better it was without this generation of heroes. Those two went on about how the older times were way better because they could actually trust and rely on them back then. There was a man nearby that chimed in on the first couple and said that the only reason the heroes left was because Summoner had turned on everyone. Awaiting their responses, the crowd decided they had several things to say, the couple told him he could be right. One person said that he is evil, and he deserves to be in hell, only I have been there. Secondly, a girl mentioned how she didn't know too much about the "magic world" but didn't like how I am friends with Hexwitches. Also false, as I'm being blamed for them in both worlds. A guy in a blue ballcap walked up and jumped on the bandwagon, "what kind of guy kills his own friends or people?". All the comments around him agreed and piped up louder, then they concluded with wanting me dead.
