Lauren has been working her ass off to get back in the ring and I couldn't be more proud. The way she's managing her schedule, taking care of her body, and making time for everyone else along the way amazes me. As a fan of hers, I can't wait to see her get back into the ring.

I was in my office at the bar when my brothers came barreling in, making themselves comfortable.

"Well damn, hello. You could've at least knocked."

Cody scoffed.

"Not like you're in here doing anything."

He wasn't wrong. I had finished up everything I was doing and was on to the next project, planning Lauren's 26th birthday getaway.

"I'm actually busy, thank you very much."

"What are you up to?" Colt quizzed.

"Finalizing plans for Lauren's birthday."

They both gave me cheesy smiles.

"She knows nothing, huh?" Cody asked.

"Nope, nothing. Harper said she's free for 2 weeks and it'll be her last break for a while. She went crazy for my birthday so I'm doing the same. Whether she went all out for my birthday or not, I just want to cater to her. You know, show her how much I care about her. Show her how much I love her."

There goes the cheesy smiles again.

"Well damn. Andrew Anderson is in love. Never thought I'd see the day, baby bro," Cody commented.

I waved him off.

"Let's be for real, all three of us are hopeless romantics. Never thought I'd see the day all 3 of us falling in love at the same time."

"Couldn't agree with you more on that one," Colt added.

My phone started ringing. It was Lauren.

Hello.

Hey, babe. You busy?

For you, of course not.

Well, come downstairs and join me for lunch. I'm starving.

I looked over at the security cameras and there she was at a table with Harper and Ruby.

Be down in a sec, darling.

Alrighty.

The call ended and I stood up.

"Lunch with the ladies," I said.

They nodded and we headed down to greet our girlfriends. We were laughing and chatting when Lauren got a text. She gasped.

"Oh my gosh, my friends from NXT are in town."

Harper and Ruby groaned and Lauren glared at them.

"Hey, don't start," she said.

"They're not your friends when they leave you in a hotel room to fend for yourself while you're fucking drunk," Harper hissed at her.

"Harper!"

"She's not lying," Ruby mumbled.

I saw Cody rub Harper's back and whisper in her ear.

"I'm a big girl just like the two of you don't need to be my damn parents and be in my back about this. They're in town. I haven't seen them since my sabbatical. It'll be fun to catch up. That's it, that's all."

Harper and Ruby rolled their eyes.

"So looking out for you is being your parent? Be fucking for real, Lauren," Ruby stated.
