As I'm sitting outside Scott's room in the hallway, Stiles walks past me, and I notice he's holding a half-full bottle of water and a bowl labeled 'Scott'. He walks into Scott's room. "I brought you some water." He holds up the bottle and pours it into the bowl.

I don't know if I should feel bad for him 'cause if he's been acting as erratic as I think he's been, he kind of deserves this.

Plus, he made out with the girl his best friend's been in love with for years. That's cold.

He sets it in front of Scott and turns his back to him. "I'm gonna kill you!" Scott shouts as he throws the bowl at him.

Stiles glances at me before speaking. "You kissed her, Scott, okay? You kissed Lydia. That's, like, the one girl that I... And, you know, the past three hours, I've been thinking it's probably just the full moon, you know, he doesn't even know what he's doing, and tomorrow, he'll be totally back to normal. He probably won't even remember what a complete dumbass he's been. A son of a bitch, a freaking unbelievable piece of crap friend."

"She kissed me," Scott states.

"What?"

"I didn't kiss her. She kissed me," Scott repeats. Stiles shakes his head and walks out of his room. "She would have done a lot more, too." He presses his back against the wall beside the open door. "You should have seen the way she had her hands all over me. She would have done anything I wanted." Stiles slides down the hall, and my expression softens. "Anything!" Scott shouts.

"You can't listen to him, you know?" I sigh.

Stiles looks over at me. "It's hard not to," Stiles admits.

"I know," I nod. "But he's still your best friend. I know for a fact he would never go for Lydia, especially knowing that you like her. It really is just the full moon."

"I know."

"Stiles, please let me out. It's the full moon, I swear. You know I wouldn't do any of this on purpose," Scott begs. "Please, Stiles, let me out." Neither of us say anything. "It's starting to hurt. It's not like the first time. It's the full moon. It's Allison breaking up with me. I know... that it's not just taking a break. She broke up with me." We're quiet. "And it's killing me. I feel completely hopeless."

I know how he feels. Derek being gone is... killing me.

"Just, please, let me out."

"I can't," Stiles states.

"Cassie?" Scott questions. I'm quiet. "Cassie, come on. It's me. It's Scott. Your little brother." I shut my eyes and exhale. "I'm okay. You can let me out. I'm not gonna hurt anyone."

"We can't, Scott," I respond.

It's quiet for a while when he gasps. "No, no, no." I hear him start to struggle when he cries out. Stiles covers his ears while I bury my head in my knees. Scott growls, and then, it goes quiet. I hear something hit the floor, and my eyes widen.

"Scott, are you okay?" I question. There's no response. "Scott?" I rise from the floor and push his door open to see that he's gone. There's a trail of blood leading from the handcuffs to the open window.

Shit.
