As Beomgyu slowly opened his eyes, a throbbing pain filled his head, making him wince. He tried to focus, but everything seemed hazy and disoriented. Gradually, he began to recognize his surroundings; the familiar furniture and decorations confirmed that he was indeed at home.

Memories from the previous night started to piece together in his mind like fragments of a puzzle. He recalled going to a party with Kai and Soobin, the laughter, the music, and the drinks flowing freely. But as the night progressed, the details became fuzzy, and the events leading up to now were lost in a fog of alcohol.

He tried to recall how he ended up at home, and that's when a faint memory surfaced. He remembered feeling dizzy and overwhelmed at the party, struggling to stay on his feet. Then, suddenly, he felt a strong arm around him, supporting his weight. It was Yeonjun. Yeonjun had come to his rescue, guiding him out of the party and bringing him home safely. Atleast that's what he thought.

With a sigh, Beomgyu gingerly touched his head, still throbbing from the effects of the alcohol. He knew he should be more careful with drinking in the future, but at the same time, he couldn't help but feel a sense of warning knowing that yeonjun was there at the party, and that yeonjun might be mad at him.

Beomgyu looked around the hall, taking in the familiar surroundings of his home. He felt a mix of relief and anxiety as he realized that Yeonjun wasn't there. He knew Yeonjun could be quite stern when it came to irresponsible behavior, and he didn't want to face his wrath after getting so drunk at the party.

With a heavy head and a slight hangover, Beomgyu picked up his phone from the coffee table. As he unlocked it, he saw a message notification from Soobin. He opened it, and a small smile formed on his lips as he read Soobin's message.

'Hey Beomgyu, we're really sorry we couldn't take care of you properly last night. We all got way too wasted. Are you feeling okay now?'

He typed a reply to Soobin, 'It's okay, don't worry about it. I'm feeling a bit hungover, but I'll survive. Thanks for checking on me.'

With a yawn, Beomgyu decided to make himself some breakfast to ease his hangover. He shuffled to the kitchen, trying to remember where yeonjun told him he kept the painkillers.

As he waited for the water to boil, he couldn't help but wonder why yeonjun was there in the first place when he said he didn't want to come.

He sipped his warm cup of tea and glanced around the quiet house. He knew that when Yeonjun returned, he would probably give him a lecture about drinking responsibly, because why would choi yeonjun leave any chance of humiliating him.

As Beomgyu was busy sipping his tea and moving towards his bed, he heard the door opening, and to his surprise, Yeonjun walked in. His feet froze in place, caught off guard by Yeonjun's unexpected return. He wasn't prepared to see him at that moment. Yeonjun swiftly entered the room, his eyes glancing around without sparing any attention to Beomgyu, who was still dramatically frozen in his spot.

Yeonjun couldn't help but chuckle internally at Beomgyu's reaction. He had grown accustomed to Beomgyu's expressive demeanor, and it always managed to amuse him. "You can move, Beomgyu," he said casually, breaking the moment of tension.

Beomgyu blinked, his mind coming back to reality, and he managed to unfreeze himself from the spot. "Uh, yeah, sorry," he stammered, feeling a bit embarrassed by his initial reaction. He took a few steps, moving closer to his side.

Yeonjun simply walked past Beomgyu, not bothering to explain why he had returned earlier than expected. He seemed to be in his usual aloof state, not showing any signs of emotion as he went about his business. Beomgyu watched him for a moment, wondering if he should ask about his whereabouts or simply let it be.
