JOSHUA'S POV
"iwan niyo muna ako" I said referring to them: Sydney, Calv, Freya and Drake which are watching movie. They seem so happy but me, still suffering from this pain.
"Josh!" Hillary tried to hug me but I glared at her so she pause.
"Josh about the love contract thingy, I already knew it" she said but I used to show my disgusting smile at her.
"oh really? That's good" I said with full of sarcasm.
I am about to leave when she grabs my arm.
"Josh hindi niyo na kailangang ipagpatuloy ni Ahlyinna ang love contract kasi bumabalik na ako sayo" then later on, I feel that she already hugged me from my back.
Marahas kong inalis ang kamay niya sa bewang ko at hinarap siya.
"wala ka nang babalikan Hillary"
They used to left me without a word but their faces look so worried to whom? Me? Tch! Idiots! I drink a very hard liquior from our fridge. In every shot I take, the face of that girl who broke my heart keeps on bugging on my mind. And then, I heard a little echo somewhere.
"ang pangatlo at huling utos Paul Joshua Sebastian. Kalimutan mo na si Ahlyinna Buenaventura...."

"DAMN IT! DAMN HER!" I shouted as if there's no tomorrow left for me and then throw all the things I touch, I see and I feel. I am in pain, broken yet wasted. She lied to me. Such a liar!
"a white lady? HA-HA-HA-HA" I said almost choking my throat. I can't believe this. I live in a house together with a non-human creature? And the worst thing was, I fell in love with this creature with a big lie. I am mad. I am so damn mad at her. I want to shout her, curse her and break her heart into pieces until she suffers all the pain I am experiencing right now. But all of the sudden, it still can't change the fact that I don't want to leave her because I do love her. I love her more than my life.
"Joshua! Open the door! Si Hillary!" I think that's Drake.
"cousin, listen to me. We already knew about Ahlyinna so we need your help. Hillary is in danger" I immediately open the door then face them.
"what happened to her?" I asked them. Hillary is still an important person in my life. And I know, I am responsible to handle these things when it comes to her.
"Joshua, nagpunta si Hillary kay Ahlyinna. Narinig namin kung gaano ka nasaktan sa mga pangyayari at hindi ito nakayanan ni Hillary. Sinisisi niya si Ahlyinna. Sinabi na namin sa kanya na delikado ang gagawin niya pero hindi parin siya nagpapigil" Sydney said almost panicking.
Ako ang nagsimula kaya ako rin ang dapat tumapos. Gagawin ko ang tama. Ililigtas ko si Hillary sa mga kamay ni Ahlyinna.
"saan sila matatagpuan?"
Nagpumilit silang sumama kaya wala na rin akong nagawa. Buti nalang at naikwnetto ni Hillary sa mga ito kung saan matatagpuan sila Calix. At maging ako ay nagulat nang malamang isa pala itong bampira. Nandito kami sa abandoned building sa likod ng VC ACADEMY. Tulad nila, ngayon ko lang napansin ang lugar na ito sa tagal ko nang napasok dito.
