Today was the day I was going to see Matt and Dylan and I was so excited. I didn't have the best day yesterday, so I had hope that they would cheer me up. I put on my jewelry and put on some shoes before saying goodbye to my family and leaving the house to see them.

I waited outside for Matt to pick me up. I put in my headphones and start playing the song everest by beabadoobee. (ik the song wasn't made in the early 2000s but just imagine it was) It wasn't long until Dylan texted me that they would be pulling up soon. I become more excited and grin at her message. I see the car come up to the driveway and I open the door and hop in.
"Hey guys!" I exclaim as I shut the door.
"I missed you soo much!" Dylan whined. She hugs me and had a big smile on her face.
I laugh and turn to Matt the see him smiling as well. he gives me a kiss on the forehead and I turn bright red.
"Hey I missed you too," Matt chuckles. I blush even more and laugh.
"I missed you guys as well I don't think you understand!" I sigh. "So, we're are we going today?" I ask.
"Umm we were thinking that maybe we could go to a aquarium," Matt says and glances at Dylan. She nods her head in agreement.
"I love the aquarium! Let's go!" I exclaim. I haven't been to an aquarium so I was really excited to go.
Matt pulls out of the driveway and we make our way to the aquarium.

I get more excited as we get closer to the aquarium. Ever since I was a kid I've always love the ocean. I remember wanting to become a marine biologist. But as I got older, the ocean didn't really interest me as much anymore. Which is why I was excited to visit the aquarium again.
"Hey, are you excited?" Dylan asks as she taps my shoulder, trying to get my attention.
I turn around to face her "Mhm! I'm excited to see the jellyfish." I eagerly grin.
She gasps and smiles "I'm excited to see the seals!" I giggle and turn around again. I hear Dylan sit back on her seat again and hum to herself cheerfully.
I look out the window to see us beginning to park in the parking lot. I hear Dylan clap her hands in excitement. I shake my head and laugh. I've always thought that Dylan and Bill are like the exact same person. I knew that if they met, they would become the best of friends.
The car fully comes to a stop and we get out of the car. We start walking to the entrance of the aquarium and check in. After that, we walk to the map to see where everything is.
Dylan begins to freak out and points to one of the places "Oh my god let's go to the seals first! Please!"
Matt and I look at each other and start to laugh. "Okay fine.." Matt groans.
Dylan squeals out of joy and begins to run over there. Matt and I begin to follow her, but we walk slowly.
"So, are you ready for school?" Matt asked.
I shake my head and frown. "Eh not really. But how about you?"
"Kind of. But I'm not ready for all of the homework again," he quietly chuckles.
I nod my head in agreement and continue to follow Dylan.

"Y/N, did you see them? They were so cute!" Dylan laughs.
"Yeah! They really were!" I giggle.
"Hey come on. Don't you wanna see the jellyfish?" matt asks.
"Oh yeah! I forgot about it. I've been waiting all day," I say to myself.
"Let's go!" Dylan grabs my hand and Matt's and drags us with her.
"Dylan, I'm not a child." Matt grumbles.
"Whatever, Matt." Dylan rolls her eyes and lets him go.
We enter the section where all the jellyfish were and walk in. It was all dark, but the light in the tanks guided us. I walk up to one of the tanks and place my hands in the glass. I admire all the jellyfish that was in there. Even Dylan and Matt seemed mesmerized by them.
"Whoa," Dylan mumbles stunned.
I walk through the other tanks to see all the other ones. Dylan and Matt both follow me and look at them as well.
"I like this one. It's cool," I say, pointing at the blue jellyfish.
"Mm yeah I like the pattern,"matt whispers still looking at it.
I get to the last tank and become sad. I wish there were more sea creatures to look at.
"That was fun! I like the way they look," dylan cheerfully said.
The rest of the day, we continue to explore the aquarium. I was happy to be here. Surrounded my friends and what I loved.
