I sat on my bed, taking in the scenery from the window opposite, Jungwon's dorm gets a good view of the bustling city at the bottom of the hill rather than a bunch of trees and a fence.

Inhale.

Exhale.

This is really happening.

I'm really a vampire.

It'a already pretty late and I turned off my lamp and tried to get some sleep.

2:22AM

I woke up to an excruciating pain in my chest, it was like something was ripping it.

I opened my door, and at the same time Jungwon happened to do the same.

I clenched onto my chest, breathing heavily.

"We're still too far away from each other" Jungwon stated as I held onto his arm, following him into his room

"I can sleep on the floor if you want" Jungwon scratched his neck

"That would be uncomfortable for you, I'll sleep on the floor"

"Let's just sleep together"

"HUH?" What did he say?

"Just come sleep next to me, I'll bring your pillow over" Jungwon calmly said, coming back milliseconds later with my pillow arranged next to his

"Are you uncomfortable with this?" I hesitantly asked as i laid next to him under the sheets

"A little, but to be honest we're going to have to love each other if we don't want to die so.."

"We die if we don't love each other..?"

"We need each other to survive now,
if you die, I die" he turned around to face her

"By the way Heeseung informed the king of the vampire world and we are required to visit them as you are my vamprincess"

"Your— what?" I laughed at the cheesy nickname Jungwon just gave me

"Did they tell you that in the vampire world we're still royals? That the King and Queen are my grandparents? It's just my family though, while the other's are my grandparents' closest family friends." Jungwon raised an eyebrow, oh. He wasn't kidding.

"I guess they didn't" he chuckled at my facial expression

"We have to go this weekend, so you can be officially made my vamprincess, not like you already aren't anyways but this is to stamp your name into the vampire world society"

"Oh.. right, this is a lot more complicated than I thought.." I replied

"I'm sorry for putting you through this"

"Will.. they accept me? I was a human before" I thought out loud

"I'll make them accept you." His tone changed into a more cold and serious one, it was bone chilling to see him change like that.
