"Well, hold on. Why does she get to tickle," JJ asked.

"She's the best tickler," Pope responded as though it were obvious.

"Well maybe I'm a good tickler," Wyatt pouted.

The Pogues were parked outside in the dark, deciding how the oncoming phone call should go.

"Should I do an accent?" Kie asked, as she was the one that would be making the call.

"Definitely disguise your voice," Pope agreed.

Kie suddenly brought on an English accent. "Disguise my voice how? Like, how would you like me to talk? Like this?"

"Not like that," the boys responded out of sync.

"Maybe Wyatt should do it," JJ suggested.

"Wyatt already has an accent, they'd know," Kie disagreed.

"They don't know her."

"Can you guarantee that's a fact?" Pope asked.

"I've never met him," Wyatt frowned.

"Kie's doing it," Pope told the girl, before turning to Kie. "Batman."

She lowered her voice to try to imitate the character. "Batman."

"There you go," Pope said.

"Spot-on," JJ nodded.

Wyatt agreed. "That's the one."

"Let's do it."

Kie pressed call on the number and waited for the man in the house they were sitting in front of to answer.

"Hello?"

"Hello," Kie used her Batman voice before immediately whispering, "I can't."

"Just talk," Pope whispered back.

"Hello?"

Kie cleared her throat. "Is Gavin there?"

"This is Gavin. Who's this? Hello?"

"I know what happened on the tarmac."

There was a pause and a nervous chuckle. "Um... who's this?"

"It was Rafe Cameron, but you already knew that, and you lied about it."

"Okay, who is this?"

"And we're gonna prove it. You're guilty."

"All right, you're gonna tell me who this is right now."

"You could've saved her, Gavin, and you didn't. And you're not getting away with this."
