"The bitterest tears shed over graves are for words left unsaid and deeds left undone." - Harriet Beecher Stowe

Elle, Morgan, Garcia and I were at the lounge room having coffee. It became a routine for us since Spencer stopped bringing me coffee in the morning. "So are you still dating Cramer?" Morgan asked while mixing his coffee.

"Yes, we've been on a few dates." I confirmed.

"Have you two kissed yet?" Elle asked while elbowing me softly.

My eyes widened and my cheeks started to redden. "He's been the perfect gentleman. We decided to take things slow."

"Not even a smooch?" Garcia promptly asked, eager to know every sordid detail.

I shook my head and Morgan chuckled. "Come on, what's his damage?" He cocked an eyebrow. "If I were him I would be all over you."

"Morgan!" Elle scolded.

"What?" He shrugged. "Cassie is too irresistible not to make a move on her. Believe me, I've tried."

We all laughed at his comment. "What are you laughing at?" Spencer asked, a mix of confusion and curiosity present on his face.

"Can you believe that Cramer and Cassie haven't kissed yet?" Morgan taunted our friend.

Spencer widened his beautiful hazel eyes and then looked at the floor. "Well, there's nothing wrong with taking things slow."

"They've been on a few dates." Morgan kept pressing.

"We have a case." JJ interrupted.

I sighed in relief. "Thank God."

We all followed the blonde to the conference room and I sat next to Elle, something I've been doing lately. It seemed as if Spencer was avoiding me.

"Annie Stuart, a music teacher, was found in her home in Harrington, Tennessee." JJ explained while showing us pictures of the crime scene. "She was bludgeoned to death and mutilated. Her stomach and liver were removed and taken by the unsub."

Elle scrunched her nose in disgust. "Were there any signs of a ritual involving organ removal?" I asked while going through the files.

"No. The organs were removed post-mortem." Hotch replied.

"The crime scene was a mess." Gideon noted. "He's disorganized and highly violent."

"Gideon will be not be joining us on site because of his injury but we will be able to talk to him anytime." Hotch stated. "Wheels up in 30."

"Maybe you can join Garcia." I joked and he looked at me with a serious expression. "Bye Gideon." I left the room with the rest of the team while he sat on his chair, contemplating what I just said.

We arrived at Harrington and Hotch asked Morgan and I to go to Annie Stuart's house. The living room was a mess, blood all over the floor and the furniture. "Our unsub is brutal." I commented.

"And way messy. Look at all the blood." Morgan glanced around the room. "Hey, Cass. Take a look at this!" He pointed at two blood circles on the floor.

"Do you think it's significant?" I asked.

"You mentioned a ritualistic killing. What do you think?" Morgan questioned.

I stared at the circles. "I have no idea." My eyes traveled to the piano. "The victim was attacked right after the piano lesson, right?"

"Yes."
