"I know indeed what evil I intend to do, but stronger than all my afterthoughts is fury, fury that brings upon mortals the greatest evils." - Euripides

Spencer was sitting on the couch with a big cup of coffee when I opened the door to his apartment. He was disheveled and it looked like he hadn't slept in ages.

"Are you alright, Spence?" I asked as I put the food out so we could enjoy a nice breakfast.

He shook his head and sighed. "Not really, Precious." He stood up and walked to me, pacing his hands around my waist. "I'm just happy you're here."

I smiled and turned around to face him, kissing the tip of his nose. "And I will always be here for you."

Spencer kissed my forehead and sat on the stool. "I can't stop thinking about what happened."

"I get it, Spence." I draped an arm around his shoulders. "It was traumatizing. I was there."

"What do you think will happen to Lindsey?" He asked while spreading jam on his toast.

I sighed and sat next to him. "Hopefully, she will adjust and move on from what happened." I smiled softly. "I'm sure she will grow up to a be a tough young woman."

Spencer nudged me in the arm and grinned. "You know, sometimes I forget how great you are."

My eyes widened and lips curled upwards. "That's why I'm always by your side. Too remind you of the best girlfriend you've ever had."

"And the only one." We both laughed and he kissed my lips gently. It was time for everyone to know that we were together.

We arrived at the conference room and Hotch was standing there talking to Rossi. "Good morning." I said while sitting next to my boyfriend.

"Good morning." Hotch replied immediately. "We've been contacted by Agent Jill Morris from the Philadelphia field office with a possible case."

Hotch handed us a case file and Spencer flipped through it. "This was all found in a storage room?" He asked grazing his finger on the file.

"Yes, which is why Rossi, Reid and Porter should go first to make sure this is more than just hypothetical." Hotch announce and we left.

"Guess we're going to Philly." Rossi remarked with a smirk.

Spencer and I shared an amused look. "He's really excited." I commented and my boyfriend nodded.

During the plane ride, I sat next to Spencer and Rossi sat across from my boyfriend. "What's wrong, kid?" He asked as Spencer yawned.

"What do you mean?" Spencer asked confused.

"You look like you haven't slept in days." Rossi commented.

"I'm fine." The brown haired boy replied.

I gave him a side eye glance. "Spencer can't stop thinking about the Vaughn family."

He glared at me. "I said I was fine." He shifted in his seat.

"Listen, what you two witnessed in that bathroom was traumatizing and you have all the right to think about it." Rossi stated. "Let that help you grow as an agent. Now, don't let that one moment scar you for the rest of your career. You both need to move on."

Spencer looked at me and I nodded. Rossi was no Gideon but we could learn a lot from him. Hopefully, Spencer thinks the same way.
